Jamie at the front desk is nasty and rude. She needs to go back to school to learn manners and customer service. She is awful at her job. Jamie told me my 2 sons didnt have sealants on their teeth. She said it was covered 100% by my insurance and ask if I would like for them to put sealants on both of my sons teeth to which I said yes. Well about a month or so later, she was billing me $96 per child claiming the sealants werent covered. I contacted the insurance company and they told me Jamie didnt do het job properly. After leaving messages for Dr. Wert to call me, I contacted the office a third time and Jamie answered. I stated I had been trying to reach Dr Wert and would like to speak with him. She stated "he was given the message. If he hasnt called you back, hes not going to." Unfortunately, my family of 5 will not go back there because of her. With that bring said, Dr. Hart is wonderful.

Great dentist, clean office. State of art rooms- easy xrays, tvs, massage chairs...almost dont mind going to the dentist!
