CMB Family Dentistry is a true 5 star dentist. My first visit was this Monday when my fiancee and I went for a cleaning and check up. We walked in and were greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. They set us up within five minutes and we were taken straight back for our cleaning. The best part about CMB is that everything is mobile and paper free so you can do all your paperwork, get alerts, and do everything online, a huge plus these days!!! After being taken back I was seen by Paula who was my Hygienist for the morning, what a warm and friendly welcome I received and made me feel right at home. She explain to me every step of the way what she was doing and what i can do to better myself brushing, flossing, rinsing, etc. The difference in my teeth from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out was mind blowing, I wish I had taken a picture. After being cleaned I was seen by Dr. Alter. He took some pictures and helped me with the next step of two wisdom teeth growing in. He was very thorough and gave me a complete explanation on the visit. My fiancee saw Marci and she as well was a true delight. The atmosphere and family feel is one of a kind. I HIGHLY recommend you go check out CMD today, you will thank me later.

Having been a patient for 40 years and also having been its former Office Manager in the practice for 28 years I have seen the ins and outs of this practice from the beginning and can’t speak highly enough. Of course the staff is outstanding, well trained and understanding. And of course the practice stays current with all new techniques and technology. But most important to me is that this practice, the dentists, the hygienists, the dental assistants and the business staff is honest and trustworthy. They don’t push dentistry that doesn’t need to be done. As I became friendly with other dental practices in the community, and there are many good practices out there, I continued to feel extremely confident of the dentistry in this practice and the culture of doing what’s best for the patient. I was always proud to work for such an ethical practice, to bring my family and friends here and to recommend it to many, many others.

I have a natural fear of the dentist given the horror story of my mouth and the amount of work Ive had done just to make it normalish. But Dr. Brown and people at CMB are awesome! I had to have a cavity filled (my first one in a VERY long time) and was very nervous from how I remember the numbing up and the drilling, but i didnt even feel a pinch from the needle, much less drilling/filling of the cavity. The most pain I had was from holding my tiny mouth open so they could do the work. Dr. Brown and the hygienist were good at keeping me calm and carrying on a conversation to keep the mood light during the procedure. And on top of that, from the time I got in the chair to getting in my car was UNDER 30 minutes. I dont know how long this should take on average, but for my expectation it was extremely fast.

Ive been a patient for more than 8 years and can say honestly that every office visit is conducted in the most professional and thorough manner. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable about insurance plans; theyre always courteous, pleasant and accommodating. The Dental staff takes a genuine interest in my health and welfare, employs the most careful and precise techniques for the general cleaning and repair of damaged teeth, and answers questions in the most concise yet complete way. Ive been blessed to have Ann H and Dr. Brown tend to my teeth over the years. Dr. Alter is a new addition to the staff and he looks like he will fit in just great, continuing the same tradition of excellence and professionalism that Dr. Brown has shown through the years.

This is by far the best dental practice you will ever experience. Ive been a customer for almost 40 years. The Dentists are great and extremely competent and highly professional and caring, the dental techs, especially Ann Hathaway, are extremely topnotch and never leave and the administrative staff is the best. If youve had it with your current lousy dentist who couldnt care less about you, go to CMB Family Dentistry. You will be glad you made the change. I currently drive 35 miles each way to go to this group and it is worth the trip. I am so glad there is such a highly qualified classy and genuinely nice dental practice in the area, and would recommend them to anyone..and have

I have been a patient of this practice since the 1970s when Dr. Cluver acquired the practice of the late Dr. Smith. That should say something in and of itself. When I moved outside the area and visited a local dental practice, I was informed that I had seven cavities. I traveled back to Broomall to CMB Family Dentistry to get a 2nd opinion and they said I might have one very small cavity. Needless to say, I never went back to that other dental practice. In addition to caring for their patients, CMB Family Dentistry has honesty, integrity, friendliness and is the gold standard for dentistry. There is no better dental practice in the greater Philadelphia area and beyond.

My husband and I have been going to this team of dentistry for the past 20+ years. There is no fear going to these dentists. They are gentle, friendly, compassionate. We make it a point to visit every 6 mos for checkups. Their skilled staff and hygienists have the same friendly, compassionate spirit. Naturally I was a bit anxious when I learned I needed two teeth extracted. From the moment I was seated in the dental chair, Dr. Alter and his assistant created an astonishingly relaxing experience for me. After I was given a local anesthetic, Dr Alter effortlessly and painlessly extracted both teeth in a matter of moments. And while I took ibuprophen before my anesthetic wore off, I had no pain, ever. I am still in awe. Dr. Alter carefully.reviewed my post surgical care with me and called several days later to ensure I was doing okay. Thank you Dr. Alter. You are incredibly skilled. Karen Briscoe

I really enjoy all the friendly people at the office, they make coming to the dentist very easy. Paula Casalena saw me ahead of my appointment (saving me time) cleaned my teeth with very little pain and gave me clear advice about where and how to brush using a mirror so I could easily see how to help my gums and reduce plaque buildup. Paula also made two fast x-rays of my teeth. Dr. David Brown always greets me with a warm smile while he checks out mine. I would recommend this practice to anyone interested in friendly people and quick service.
