The office was dirty, out of date, and non professional. Scummy furniture, torn examination tables, dirty windows and ceilings are not conducive to a medical environment. I felt as if I would get sicker going there than if I hadnt. I was surprised that despite Dr Durbins claims that he was an expert on Bells Palsy, when he didnt even have the common understanding that it is frequent in the third trimester of pregnancy and postpartum. Whatever his previous understanding of the condition, his current knowledge is dated, unfounded, and not scientific. He was ignorant enough to base his understandings of his own research, that he had done sum years ago, with no control groups or sizable samples. He merely prescribed drugs to us and failed to understand and respect that my wife was breast feeding a child. He offered no alternative treatment, nor did he seek to empathize with us as patience. He proved the maxim that just because you are currently a doctor that does not mean that you have a current understanding of medicine. He was cold rather uneducated and rushed us toward a prescription with little to say about it. No wonder health care is in so much trouble with medical professionals, or lack of, failing to understand their patience problems and needs. Thanks South Federal Center for putting my wife and newborn at danger, and taking my money:(

The providers here are great! They are as attentive as they can be, listen to my questions and concerns which are always answered on the spot. I honestly couldnt think of another place where you can find such good healthcare. They also helped me with some insurance issues on the day of my appointment. Had it not been for them helping me figure out my Medicaid, I would have had to leave the practice, which I wouldnt dream of. Some of my family members also go here, and theyve never had any complaints. It is a lot smaller compared to Kaiser, or Denver Health, but for as small as they are I believe they do a great job!

I have been going here for 6 years. I started going because they found my wifes best friends breast cancer at a very early stage. This office is not ritzy. If you want something upscale go somewhere else. A lot of the people going here are on Medicaid, and get the care they need. I have a PPO and choose to go here. I could go anywhere and I actually will drive into this slightly shabby area. Why? Because they are honest and get to the point. No the staff wont be super nice and Roy Durbin is no charmer; still, he will take care of your problems and not BS you.

The fake wanna be doctor, Stepheine Kuenn, is the worst ever physicians Assistant ever. She is rude, dishonest, and does not have The proper traing to help people. Roy Durban is also no good. Office personal disrespectful. Honestly, if you can go elsewhere please do so. No son buenos aqui. No respetan. I would never recommend these people to anybody. Seek other doctors in the area, there are many much much better than the ones here.

I have been going there for 6 years and take my kids here as well. The doctors are great, the staff doesnt change here often. And they really care about you and treat everyone equal. Love this place even though it is super far from my house and maybe not the most upscale place they do a good job caring for me and my family.

This office scams on insurance, has a history of complaints, and Roy Durbin will only tell you to go somewhere else if you are unhappy. I should have known when I got a whiff of death upon entering! Stay away from this chop shop!!
