I have not been impressed with the care or service from this facility. With Kaiser you really have to advocate for yourself. It is too bad you cant get a second opinion outside of this HMO as many Kaiser doctors act the same. They really could improve their care and customer service at this location and hire more knowledgable doctors. I wish their care was as good as all the money they spend on advertising around Denver.

I hope you dont need to talk to anyone, all they have are computers to check in. If you want to talk to someone they only have one person on the counter, she then tells you to go to the reception desk. Where no one will help you. This is the laziest office i have visited. I have called 3 offices, and stood in 2 looong lines. Just to get shot records that are supposed to be online but arent.

I was a little nervous about moving to Kaiser Permanente, but after visiting this office a few times, I am happy I made the change. Staff is quite friendly and I love all of the walk up services. The mobile app is fantastic!
