I recently went to this Urgent Care location after gouging out a deep 1" chunk of skin from my heel. The skin was only holding on by a couple threads and it looked like they might need to cut it off. We arrived at 10:30am on a Thursday morning and were 6th or 7th in line. It took about 2 hours to be seen BUT once they brought me back the facility, the staff, and the care was all top notch. They cleaned the wound, gave me a tetanus shot and local anesthetic, and then stitched me up (20 stitches) and gave me solid instructions on how to care for the injury. 10 days later (yesterday) I went back to get the stitches removed on a Sunday at 2pm. Again, I had to wait for over an hour to be seen but once I was brought back I had a similarly great experience. All in all, I would absolutely return to this facility and recommend them.

This place is TOP NOTCH!!! I had such great service and care, everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable, I wish that the doctors and nurses were my primary care providers. It wasnt a very long wait time, I went on-line to set an "approximate" appointment and it worked out well. The clinic is very clean, bright and relaxing. Dr. Scriver was so kind, he talked/walked me through everything and was very honest and realistic about the procedure. I felt very comfortable in his care. The next day, Caitlin (nurse) called to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions. I had a follow-up two days later. I also received a call the day after my follow-up to just assure I was well. What doctors office does that!!! Im telling you TOP NOTCH!!!

This place was probably the best medical experience Ive ever encountered, and surprisingly affordable too! I busted my leg open at a bootcamp class, freaking because I didnt have insurance at the time, thought Id be paying a crazy amount (but thats the ER). They did their best to get me medical attention as quickly as they could, answer any questions I had, and did all of this with so much kindness and respect. I ran into an infection scare after a couple days and they happily let me come back for follow ups until everything was back to normal, even found coupons for my prescriptions! The follow ups cost me nothing additional. These people are amazing and I highly recommend this location :)

Due to a nasty bug and dehydration I ended up at Urgent Care earlier this week. While arriving close to closing the staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. Having called before arriving Katrice at the front desk had all of my paperwork ready for me right when I arrived. I then saw Ashley, Caitlin, and Dr. Drake. All three ladies were extremely kind, laid back, and light hearted. Making my visit more than pleasing. Although I was their last patient they did not rush my visit or make me feel anything less than important! Such a wonderful staff! I am more than impressed.

I am a cynic in general, especially of things like urgent cares. I was thoroughly impressed by all interactions I had here. From the receptionist, to the initial screening, to the conversations with the doctor, all interactions were felt as genuine, caring, open, and willing. I greatly appreciate this type of service in general, and to find it at an urgent care was refreshing. Even the doctor was open, kind, caring, and willing to talk. Also, I was processed, in and met the doc in all of 20 minutes. Thank you.

I came in with severe lower back pain (which I now know is a bulged disc). The front desk was very nice, greeted me when I came in and made sure I was comfortable. The nurse and Dr. Rubio took my pain seriously and recommended SpineOne to me for immediate treatment. She did get me a prescription that day which was huge so I could finally take a break from the pain. I would really recommend them and will go back them in the future for any after hours urgent care that I need. Thank you for your help!!

I wish all urgent care centers were as awesome as this one. We were driving through town on the way home from a wedding in Keystone and I was having breathing issues and chest pressure/pain. Ends up, I was just having symptoms of altitude sickness. I wanted to make sure that it wasnt something serious and they ruled out the scary stuff. I feel much better now that Im home in Oklahoma. They even called to check up on me. Thank you!!!

Clean, professional, convenient, seamless. I waited 15 minutes and I was one of two in the waiting room (10am on a weekday). I waited less for both the initial intake and for the doctor to arrive to my exam room than I do at my standard general physician. The doctor was very professional and had great bedside manner. I had an x-ray but was still in and out within an hour and 20 minutes. Crazy!

I work for a doctors office. When a patient failed to get clearance for surgery, I sent them here. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. I even received the results of the clearance immediately. Usually I have to call the offices 2-3 times to get the fax. Very happy that there are great places for patients to be seen like this urgent care. Thank you for making my job easier!

I am torn, the care was good but the wait time was waaaay too long. In total it took about 2 hours to see a doctor and there werent that many people in front of me (4 when I signed in). When you are sick or in pain, this sucks. Otherwise the facility is brand new and nice and everyone was friendly. The doctor took the time to explain everything and was extremely helpful.

Rollin and Dr Rubio are great. Im terrible with names but the gal at the front desk on Sunday 2/26 was great as well. Ronnie went above and beyond to call in a prescription for me 30 minutes after the clinic was closed!! Amazing!! Dr Rubio was very throughout and is determined to find a treatment for me that is effective.

The wait time was a little long, but the care you get there is unlike any other urgent care I have been to. From the receptionist, to the assistant and dr. Felt like they really cared. Will definitely be going back to them in the future.

Very nice staff. Dont really like how they cannot tell you what exactly your insurance will cover and what it wont, but perhaps that was just because I was from out of state, or thats just how healthcare goes...

All of the staff was great with my toddler, and even called twice the next day to check on him. Dr Loeffler was very thorough and the nurses were very sweet, even though we were there well after closing time.

This place is a joke. I went in today with only 4 people ahead of me and it took over two hours to see a doctor. I highly recommend avoiding this location like the Black Plague.

They will not call and authorize any medications with insurance. I called 10 other area urgent cares and all of them provide this service not sure why you wouldnt.
