Im reluctantly moving on. Its a real shame since the prior physician and owner Dr. Salano ran a stellar practice here for decades. I met Dr Fernandez once during my dozen or so visits and he seemed knowledgable and attentive. But thats where the acceptable level of service ended. The staff seems nice enough when I can engage them or they are processing a payment but were talking about a service that should be handled with a little more professionalism and attention than a fast food transaction. My biggest problem is in getting a return call. First off, it doesnt inspire confidence in service when you are immediately forwarded to voice mail each time you call. Secondly Ive left at least six voice mails over the last three months and not one has been returned. Im at the ned of my prescription cycle now and must move on to another provider for the sake of my health.......I apologize Dr Salano. RIP

Dr. Solano had been my primary care doc for more than ten years. My new doc, from that practice, I mean from the guys who bought it is, well, alarming. Dr. Raymond Fernandez - The pharmacy called him and left a message at the beginning of the week - never returned my call - nor did the office. Its Thursday night and I am headed out of town, really hurting, without any response after multiple calls since then. If you knew Solano, you know that youd never be hung out to dry like that. New money. New values. HUGE disappointment. Pick another doctor.

Poor service from the start we called to notify them that we were lost and needed help getting there. Right when we get there they tell us they cant take us because we dont have the right doctor on our insurance card. Overall front desk has horrible manners and very rude to elders. Nathaniel J. Moore get new help because the ones you have are horrible! Rude rude rude. Plane nasty! They could have told us from the start that we needed to have a specific doctor on the insurance card but they didnt notify us. What type of service is that?

I attended this practice from 1998-2005 under the care of Dr. Mark Solano and he was a miracle worker! The only doctor to ever catch my extreme medical conditions. He did it in 5 minutes and i had been going to every doctor under the sun for years. I just learned of Dr. Solanos passing back in 2014 and am deeply saddened. He and this facility will always hold a special place in my heart! I was a medical mess and they saved me! God Bless Dr. Mark Solano!

Terrible people they diagnose you incorrectly all they care about is money not about your health Care they proscribe pills to you you dont need because they have investments in those medicines they dont care how the side effects may affect you they just want money Fernandez needs his license to practice medicine PERMANENTLY REVOKED! Pure trash is all I can say about him.

Takes forever to refill a prescription! Horrible service. I called into my pharmacy for a refill a week ago. They sent over the request. Sent it again. No response from the provider. I have called South Logan 5 times now. "We will give the Dr the message." How do they stay in business?!? Horrible way to treat patients!

Dr Saproo is absolutely fantastic. Warm, caring, and excellent bedside rapport. However, the receptionists and Medical Assistants need some serious customer service and sensitivity training. The unprofessional demeanor that the ancillary staff exudes is concerning.

Been going there since Dr Solano was around. New physicians have done a great job with that transition and things are running smoothly. Front desk was timely and efficient as was the visit.

The doctors are fine. The front office is horribly incompetent. Dont expect to speak to anybody without waiting on hold for 20 minutes and I mean that quite literally.
