Nothing against Dr Kennedy, but his receptionist Cheryl is horrible! It is not worth seeing Kennedy if you have to go through HER. My father in law went there for 30+ years and Cheryl treated him like dirt, she was rude and condescending to him in person and over the telephone, she pretty much runs the show around there and does a horrible job of it. She has no respect for the elderly and should not be in this position working with the public. My father-in-law recently passed away in June, when she called my husband to inquire as to what happened she offered no condolences, all she had to say was "sounds suspicious ", what a heartless witch! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this medical practice until this old bitty retires!

Dr. Kennedys receptionist is a horrible person. My 85 year old grandmother was having problems with her medications so she went to another doctor for a second opinion. When the other doctors office called to have them send my grandmothers records Dr. Kennedys receptionist told them off! Then called my grandmother and cussed her out! She bullied an 85 year old woman ! She told my grandmother that she couldnt change doctors!!! My aunt tried to get the records and surprise surprise she received the same treatment. On top of that my grandfather needed his medication refilled and she didnt find it important enough to return or answer phone calls. What kind of person acts this way? Especially to the elderly.

I have been a patient for over 25 years. But, I wont go there again. The lady at the front desk, Sherry, is a complete disaster. One time while I was there, she was bitching and complaining about her father, who has since died. I was shocked about this lady. Why did I care about her father cheating on her mother? My last visit will be my last. This woman was horrible to me, scolded me for not checking in (which I did -- she ignored me), and then when she brought me into the waiting room, she continued to yell at me. Horrible woman. Dr. Kennedy, this woman is going to ruin your practice.

Dr. Kennedy is a good man and a good doctor, but his receptionist Cheryl is rude and unprofessional. I didnt believe the reviews about her I had read online, but now I have first hand experience with this woman. If she is there, dont go. I dont have room to recount what happened between me and her over the phone, but she is a liar and her treatment of me was unwarranted.

The staff was rude, condescending, and obstructive toward me when I called in to attempt to make an appointment, to the extent of demanding private medical information over the telephone. I would advise everyone I know to avoid these people at all costs and for the doctor to look in to replacing the staff with more customer-oriented people.

They have violated the code of medical ethics, in addition to having the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Kayla is the only employee who will treat you with kindness and respect.
