We had a horrible experience with KidstoothDoc. We went in for our consult and everything went well with that appointment. My 4 year old needed a couple of fillings. They wanted to use Anesthesia to put her under and we requested that they try to complete the work as she historically has done great with regular appointments as well as with shots. The first filling seemed to go OK although they couldnt finish the work as she became ansy. After the appointment was over she went to get a prize for being good and came back with two, one for her and one for her brother. She asked if she could get one for him and the dentist said that was fine. At the second appointment we walked in and they informed me in front of my daughter that they thought she would do better if I wasnt present and wanted me to wait in the lobby. She flipped out and started screaming and crying. I told them I have always gone in at any appointment and it has never been a problem and was going to go in this time as well especially since she was not OK with it. They went back and started working with her but informed me again that they felt that she needed anesthesia. The dentist informed me that she would not work on her if she was not doing well with the procedure. When she started getting upset that she couldnt hear her movie when she was drilling the dentist sealed up the tooth without completing the work and told me she was done. Cora went to get her prize and came back with one again for her brother and the doctor told her she could not take one to him as he was not a patient of hers which upset her greatly since it had been ok the time before. She left hysterically crying and never wanting to go back. Fast forward six months. We receive notice that our insurance company just received the claim from these appointments. They also informed us that we would be responsible financially for the tooth that did not have the work finished when we went in again to have it completed as they only cover the same services on a tooth once in a 24 month period. We changed dentists and went to a different pediatric specialist. The cost was lower then what we paid for KidstoothDoc and she did great with this dentist. All the work was completed within two weeks and she only needed the numbing medications to do so. After seeing how well she did with this dentist I would never take either one of my kids back to KidstoothDoc nor recommend them to anyone else. I find it appalling that they continued to push the anesthesia when it was not needed, did not finish the work completely, and then failed to submit claims for 6 months later.

I think the staff does a great job working with young kids. Everyone is friendly and Ive had a good experience with their knowledge and abilities although weve only needed routine checkups. Today our appt was the last before lunch and I felt a little rushed and I didnt even have my kids in the car before they were headed out to lunch. Not a huge deal but I probably wont make our appts at that time anymore. Our other appts that have been in the morning felt less rushed. Overall we love this practice.

We found them from a Littleton Health Fair about a year ago. So happy we made the switch from our previous pediatric dentist. Very professional, friendly and my children feel comfortable and enjoy going to the dentist. My youngest enjoys watching movies while she gets her teeth cleaned. I was impressed with the spinbrush tooth brushes we received on our first visit and the toy chest is a hit! I am a little disappointed to see that Dr. Wags is not there as much but Dr. Robin seems wonderful.

The staff here are very friendly and professional. Ive taken my 2 and 3 year olds here twice now and have been amazed with how well they do; they think its a fun place to go. The aesthetics are great and the ceiling tvs and headsets make it easy for the kids to lay back and relax while things get done. The place also just looks really nice; I feel more comfortable here than I have in any other dentist office and wish I could get services for myself!

My 2.5 year old had extensive dental work done here by Dr. Robin. She has been very patient with our daughter as we previously came from a dentistry that used the "rainbow blanket" to get work done on younger patients. It was very traumatic for her, but with the friendly staff and quick but efficient work done by the doc we have been so impressed with Kids Tooth Doc! My wife and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for one!

The doctors were friendly, seemed knowledgable, and the facilities are nice. However, their billing team is horrendous. Everytime we went they would mess up our bill. Over charged us, double billed insurance, etc. Ive been trying to resolve a billing issue with them for 3 months, which is their fault, supposedly was corrected. A month later...random bill in the mail. Unacceptable!

This place is so wonderful, I had a great experience, the staff is so welcoming,and helpful, I live 2 hours away and I cant tell you what a relief it was to find them. Our 2 Year old had dental surgery and I couldnt have asked for a better staff. They made it so comfortable for me and especially for my daughter I would definitely recommend kids tooth doc to anybody with kids.

I have 4 kids so getting them all in at once and keeping them entertained while they take turns getting work done or cleaning has ben a task i had no problem with this facility. The staff is kid friendly and the doctors answered all my questions and were super informative. I now recommend the place to all my family and friends no matter the family size.

This office has amazing customer service. They are so friendly and kind. My son was scared going to the dentist first time and when he left he was excited to go back. Wonderful staff and doctor. They have movies playing for the kids and give good care packages and the kiddos get to pick a toy for being so brave. Wonder place will be returning!!!!!!!!

Im blown away by the staff and how they handled my not so happy child. They were sure to go above and beyond to calm her down and explain the procedure step by step in a way she could understand. The team is so friendly and the office is adorable, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone :)

The staff is delightful and the atmosphere is brilliant. My daughter has several appointments where she had terrible sensitivity to the work being done. The staff went above and beyond all of my expectations to make sure she was not in pain or nervous. I will recommend them you everyone.

Very friendly atmosphere! Great customer service over the phone and in person. I have heard a lot of dentist recommend mothers stopping breast feeding because of the sugars in the milk but the dentist here was amazing, i received No negative feedback at all. I wish they were for adults!
