For at least a decade I have been chronically sick with a few issues. I have been to countless doctors and clinics, especially since I have lived in a number of states, spent time abroad etc. In my experience, I would say overall this is a very good clinic. I have been there myself and with my children 20-30 times in the last few years. My family and I have been treated very politely, punctually (they do a good job of prioritizing urgency), and effectively. I have received very effective treatment and care for: a broken toe, chronic and severe migraines, viruses, poison ivy, get flu shots, etc. My small daughter would rather go there and see the head doctor then her own pediatrician because of his warm bedside manner (he always gives her a glove ballon) and makes her laugh. He helped me firmly identify a small hernia she had which we quickly had operated on. He has treated her and my son very accurately for other conditions as well. He has a jovial, patient bedside manner and takes the time to explain what you have and how it should be treated. Also he tries to prescribe the more affordable options and knows where to send if you if you want the cheapest deal on meds. We have seen at least two other doctors there, each has their own style and approach but overall you can count on good care for a good price! (Some other clinics just miles away in Simsbury dont even keep doctors on staff , they have PAs and are very expensive)This Clinic often calls you to follow up on your visit to check if you are getting better and all is well, it is a nice touch and nice to know they are there to see you through to getting better.

Although the staff is great when you are there in person, trying to get them to respond to refill a prescription has been like pulling teeth. For a month I have been trying to get a nonessential prescription refilled, have gone back and forth with them numerous times, only to hear a month later that they cant refill this nasal spray (to alleviate getting a sinus infection) unless I go in to be reevaluated. Over the past month they have denied getting the requests from CVS, and then have tried to say CVS was faxing it to the wrong number, and after 6 attempts of going back and forth with the office staff, it now comes down to I have be seen again to get refill on a nasal spray that I can buy over the counter. Not sure why they couldnt have said that a month ago, instead of making up all kinds of excuses, and blaming it on CVS, really lowers my opinion of them greatly. Its really too bad they are so horrible with follow up, because it really is a beautiful facility.

It deeply saddens me to have to write a negative review towards Doctors Treatment Center. I went in for a sick visit and immediately upon meeting the doctor he pulled out a BMI chart and stated that Im overweight. I accepted every ill statement directed towards my weight after that with Grace but what I just couldnt comprehend was that I was there because I was SICK not for a wellness check. I left there with a diagnosis of pneumonia and severe ear infection, way to make a patient feel even worse.

If youre looking for a doctor that actually listens and takes all the time needed look no further. Im half a century old and I have never met a doctor like this before. This is also the first time I write a review about a doctor. Be prepared though: Dr Bogdan-Gabriel Cozmuta might hug you when hes done! What a change from the corporate style / overworked / overtired style we usually find! Cheers!

I would recommend Dr. Gabe to anybody. In my twenty-five years of life I have never had such a pleasant encounter with a doctor as this one. His staff are friendly, accommodating and efficient. If youre looking for a primary care physician in network with most insurance plans, this is your guy! Absolutely wonderful experience, I will be returning.

Professional, compassionate medical attention. Doctor is intelligent, experienced and thorough. Also, very considerate of the fact I had no insurance and had ways to keep costs down!! Not money-driven. I highly recommend Doctors Treatment Center to anyone.

Great urgent care, they were able to get me in and taken care of very quickly. Doctor was really knowledgeable and had a good demeanor. The second visit the wait was kind of long, but nothing unreasonable.
