I cannot believe what I have to go through. I had a routine eye exam and was billed for almost $200, which my insurance should cover 100%! When I called the billing department and explained the issue, the girl was not even tried to listen to me but insisted I had to pay! Apparently, it was the doctor who gave them the wrong billing code! A billing error from the offices now seems to be turning into a big fight! I am still in the midst of this... I will never see them again! LP

I have been very happy with Eye Physicians & Surgeons. I have never had a billing issue. My appointments always started pretty much on time. I think the world of Dr. Seth Meskin. Hes a great ophthalmologist, and has treated my eyes with great care. I highly recommend this practice.

they charge $35 for cancelled appointment , got the appointment for that day I called to cancel, Dr. Bacall want to charge me a cancellation fee $35
