Dr. Brunson is unprofessional and cold. I dont mean like bedside manner need work it way past that. Anthony at the desk is the only good thing about this pratice. Brunson has straight up made fun of me for being a young mom and degrading towards me in such a manner. I will never go here unless I feel like fighting with my doctor who is underqualified and writes scripts to go to every other doctor possible. Do not waste your time and energy here.

I will never again recommend Dr. Brunson to anyone! Ive heard some nasty things that she had said to other patients, but I just witnessed it first hand. She dropped me has her patient because I was going to be 10 minutes late to an appointment!! Way to care for your patients Dr. Brunson. Ive never missed one before and this is what you do! My family will also be dropping you as their doctor as well!! How unprofessional can you be.

Dr. Brunson is nice and Ive been to her a few times. Her receptionist is a different story. Very rude and incompetent. I booked a well visit because I hadnt been there for a year and I asked him is it going to be billed that way? He said yes. I now have to pay for my appointment because he billed it as an extended visit. Then he wants to argue about it instead of trying to resolve the problem. No thanks- there are other Doctors.

Worst practice ever. The medical assistant lied to me and said the the medicine was an antibiotic rather than a steroid and told me to stop my antibiotic! Then the doctor lied and that I asked to switch to the wrong medicine once I told her my husband is a doctor and confronted her about the wrong advic . They should be shut down. They will kill people.

I have waited a long time to find a doctor who really wanted to help me--well here she is. She takes her time mixing personal small talk and exact medical standards--i felt i could tell her anything--she runs a busy office but still takes time with everyone---wonderful person and doctor---has been there for me for more than ten years.

Dr Brunson is rude, does not have manners, discriminated on patients. If your not in perfect health she will send a letter stating she can no longer be your doctor. She is condscending and does not have people skills. Her office staff (Anthony) is great! He is the only good thing in that office.
