I saw Dr. Kim because I had serious lower back pain. She gave me a pain medication, and I told her that I was going to physical therapy. At my first visit, Dr. Kim was very pleasant. Physical therapy will not prescribe pain meds., and I didnt have a primary doctor so I went back to Dr. Kim and asked her for a second refill of pain meds. This time Dr. Kim was not pleasant. She did give me a second script, but as she gave me the script, she had a horrified look on her face. I felt as though she was treating me as though I was a drug addict. Believe me I had serious pain, due to multilevel disc thinning in the spine. I went back to physical therapy and now the pain has gone away. Sometimes you have to search and search and search for a doctor who believes what you say about your condition, and hope they dont look at you like youre some kind of junkie.

I went to another walk in and they told me to put some cream on my head and take Advil. The pain worsened and I was referred to dr Kim by a coworker. Thank god I went to her because she looked at my head for a second and noticed I had to shingles. She prescribed me medicine right away and thank god I went to get or I would still be in excruciating pain throughout my whole vacation. She is an excellent doctor and very experienced. If I hadnt gone to her I would be in dire straits. Even as a walk in she followed up with me on a daily basis and is very caring. I would recommend her to anyone in need of any care. I wish she could be my primary care physician.

Dr Kim is a very down to earth professional who is easy-going and very educated. She has an excellent demeanor and bedside manner. She does not do anything on a hunch shes definitely by the numbers and the medical books when it comes to treating her patients. More importantly Dr Kim will call you every day just to check on you and to make sure that you are doing OK, and God for bid if something is not right she will do everything in her power to rectify the situation to make sure her patients Get the best quality of care. I would not go anywhere else

I went to another walk-in and was told I had a cold. I knew it was wrong. I was referred to Dr. Kim by my aunt and she knew the second she saw me I had acute bacterial bronchitis and if I wasnt careful it would become pneumonia. Dr. Kim called to check up on me and gave me all the medications I needed without dismissing my symptoms as being "youre fine, you have a cold."

I went to see Dr. Kim as a walk in patient for the first time last week. She diagnosed me correctly and prescribed all the medications that I needed to get better. The care she has for her patients is amazing. The Doctors office follows up with me daily to see how I am doing. So happy that I stopped in to be seen here.

All dr Kim talks about is weight. If youre skinny youre fat and if youre fat youre going to die. I dont think this woman is medically trained AT ALL. Poor service plus the wait time is horrible.
