This was the 4th dentist office we had brought our son to for an evaluation and I cannot even describe the numerous ways that this office was superior to all of the others. Firstly, they were able to see my son right away, the procedures that they diagnosed and described were far more professional than any other opinion I had received - and took into account my personal desires as well, they didnt require an enormous non-refundable down-payment for in-hospital sedation work, they were able to schedule the procedure in a timely manner (other offices had me waiting 2-4 months or more), they didnt require to have all the insurance approval prior to scheduling the appointment (other offices made me wait over a month just to schedule the procedure - requiring me to follow up with the insurance cos myself). The scheduling and coordinating person was ALWAYS available to answer questions. The final wow was that the in-hospital work that they performed was outstanding! Dr. Bloom was able to avoid what every dentist told me was a necessary extraction. Thank you Thank you Thank you - I was so discouraged before finding your practice.

I first started coming to Kids Dental Care in Bristol when I was interested in getting braces. I came to the office and immediately felt how friendly all of the staff was. They always remembered my name and asked about my hobbies and how school was going. I successfully completed my orthodontic treatment in about 1 year and have since been going to Kids Dental Care for regular 6 month cleanings and any restorative work that I need. I love my dental office because I know that my Dentist, Orthodontist, Hygienist and all the other staff truly care about my well-being. As I have gotten older and my ortho treatment progressed at Kids Dental Care, the billing department was very helpful in helping me get organized and understanding my insurance coverage whenever I had a question. There are always great games or movies in the office or fun raffles being offered. And I always see the Kids Dental Care team and the logo in my community! I cant wait till I have kids to bring them here! The place is always clean and Ive always had a great experience.

When we found out my step daughter needed braces, my husband and I wanted to make sure we chose the right orthodontist. If youve had braces, you know that you will be frequently visiting this office for a couple of years. After two other appointments with prospective doctors, we were feeling underwhelmed. Thankfully, a friend recommended Kids Dental. The office is a comfortable, calm space with all of the modern day amenities and technology that kids have come to expect. It is the first dental office that did not smell like a dentist office or make my heart skip a beat seeing all of the scary objects. The environment makes you forget why youre there! My daughter likes going which is such a relief. My husband and I have switched over to Kids Dental also, as they have regular dentists for all ages too! Lastly, the staff is superb. Everything is organized and run well. The employees have smiles on their faces and go above and beyond to help. Super happy so far!

At first they were great then after I hate the fact that they keep calling me to reschedule my 3 childrens appointments this is every time I had a appointment scheduled and it was my kids 6 month appointment then they called that it needed to be rescheduled because provider will not be available then they dindt have appointments right away and gave me. A 2month appointment so I went they took cAre of the kids and they needed to reschedule a follow up so now there appointments are set so to the date now again office called again to reschedule following month which I find ridiculous so fine I scheduled it and again the office called to reschedule again I am so disappointed my kids come first and if they cant get there staffing correct why bother scheduling patients....I am switching dental provider i need a clinic that can maintain there patients happy and satisfy

Bad experience. But it seemed ok at first until recently. There were many scheduling problems. My daughters appointment for the check after braces de-bonding was on a day in January. But when we went in for the appointment they would not let us go in because my daughter forgot to bring her retainers, something that they did not say was needed for the appointment. So, we rescheduled to Feb 9. Unfortunately, they closed that day due to a snowstorm. They called, telling us to reschedule, which we did, to Feb 15. I call to confirm the appointment on Feb 14. They confirmed that it was tomorrow afternoon. However, we were again not let in. They told us the appointment was on March 15, a whole month away! We already confirmed the appointment though! It was so confusing! It seemed like their management is very poor!!!!!!

Seemed great at first. Until we brought our 4yo in for the work they said she needed. The dentist never fully detailed what they were going to do, not even as he was scaring my child and trying to scare my husband into allowing anesthesia (which we stated at previous appointment we wouldnt do) as they wanted to do the work in one visit. When requesting her records to seek out another opinion (the dentist refused to do any work without our child getting put under) we were told "we have up to 30 days to comply with record requests" and then never received the records. The only sheet we were given showed the procedures they wanted to do: 12 crowns and 5 fillings. Have since found an excellent dental practice in Avon that my child loves wherein they are doing the work in multiple visits (and no crowns!).

I want to add to Kimberly`s post below mine. We had the same experience with my 6 year old today. My daughter had a cavity filled a few months ago. She wasnt very nervous but had a concern. For this appointment he pushed nitrous. I said no then. Today they started asking if she ate and I said again, this will not be administered. He kept talking how its better for her and how this will hurt her causing anxiety for my daughter. She started to tear up and then he refused to do the work unless we knocked her out. We questioned how us parents survived these procedures without nitrous and there was no argument. Dr at that point said to print her x-rays, get a second opinion and left the room. Its very clear this pediatric dentist has no desire to work with any child unless its his terms.

My 3 (Now 4) year old son Nathan is a patient here at Kids Dental. Last year he had to go in for surgery at CT Childrens Med. Center because of his teeth. The staff at Kids Dental were AMAZING. They explained everything that was going on, they helped me with all the paperwork I had and answered any questions that I had. They made me feel completely comfortable, as well as my son. He was really nervous but his doctor was great. As soon as my son was out of surgery his dentist came right out into the waiting room and told me that everything went great. My son actually likes going to the dentist because he loves his doctors and the whole staff at Kids Dental. I love this place!
