Brought my broken denture in for repair on a Thursday. Was told I had to make an appointment. They couldnt see me until Monday. Monday my denture STILL wasnt repaired. In the meantime my old temporary denture broke. On my return Monday afternoon to pick up my primary denture I was told my temp denture (which Ive needed to use 5 times due to broken teeth on my primary denture) would cost another $200 to repair. Im tired of having to have my $2,500.00 denture repaired and being charged $200 to repair the temp denture that I should never have to use in the first place! Im done with Aspen Dental! Will find someone that stands behind their products. If I could Id give them zero stars!

I havent been to a dentist in years due to my fear of them. I was having major problems and needed to see a dentist ASAP. My neighbor referred Aspen Dental. I called to schedule an appointment. From the time I was on the phone with office manager to seeing several different staff members, I was relieves and at ease. Everyone was pleasant and smiling. Customer service was outstanding. I will refer Aspen Dental to anyone who needs a dentist. Much appreciation for Rosie,Lucy, and of course Dr. Banerjee. Also, 2 of the techs, I didnt get their name and the 2 gentlemen that did the surgery. Thank you ALL so much. Rosanne Mahoney

As a new patient, I requested a cleaning from Aspen - the appointment was made, but when I showed up I was told that I was there to have x-rays and a consult with the dentist...a cleaning would have to be done at another time - to me, this translates to: Aspen wants to sell you on services to "fix" all the problems invented by their business - Im 62 years old, I dont want super-white teeth or braces - there is no reason why I need to get double billed in order to get my teeth cleaned. Very poor business model for the customer.

I had been suffering from a lot of pain when I chose to use their services for being possible dentists. After the X-rays and examination, I was told that I would have to pay 11, 000 for the root canals. I was immediately taken aback and chose to get a second opinion. The second opinion only asked 2K upfront incase my insurance didnt cover it and dont want to accept my money without exploring options from my insurance. Terrible experience!

Excellent Dental Care! From the minute you walk into the office you know you are in good hands. Knowledgeable staff, friendly and clean environment made my experience a very positive one.I would like to personally thank Dr. Banerjee Jasmin, Alyssa and Rosse for all the tremendous help they all provided me for my well being and a very nice smile!

Very negative experience. I had a filling done, but was still in pain a week later. I went to a new dentist who took an x-ray of it and showed me there was still decay under the new filling, so now I need to have it redone. In addition my dentist said the x-rays done at Aspen were done poorly.

DO NOT GO HERE THE OFFER CHEAP EXAMS AND RECOMMEND THINGS THAT ARE NOT NEEDED, IF THEY RECOMMEND ANYTHING GET A SECOND OPINION. CROOKS AND SCUM STEALING FROM THE ELDERLY.
