It was time to for our 3 doctor practice to upgrade, and we needed reliable advice, a minimum of interruption to our busy practice, and reasonable costs. SurfCT provided all three. We became the talk of the town due to the technology, expertise and equipment provided by SurfCT. We can now present treatment options to our patients in completely understandable visual ways. Digital xrays, cable TV, soothing DVDs, and unlimited music options were all combined seamlessly in our operatories with our software to provide our patients with a well-educated and well-rounded comforting experience at their dental office. We lost no production time and never had to close our office during the upgrade with much of the installation work being done at night or over the weekends. The quality of the work and the final results were nothing short of incredible excellence. And the support that we have had since the installation has been attentive and timely. Thank you SurfCT for bringing us not just into the 21st century, but for exceeding our expectations, improving our bottom line, and especially for helping us to communicate so much better among ourselves and with other doctors, our laboratories, and our patients. I found SurfCT on Instagram and decided to reach out. They wrote me back quickly and I spoke with Gregg and he was able to dissect my office layout virtually and give me a proposal that really had my best interest in mind when it came to a system that could help my practice grow. A computer generated digital workflow blueprint of how my office would function and look with their system in full swing. A team consisting of project manager(Marc)and highly skilled dental technology specialist (Pedro)were dispatched to install a complete DSD designed system. Then came the training and I couldnt be happier with the amount of detail and care the trainer had to make sure both my team and I fully understood how to use the entire system. The entire process was amazing. Today I couldnt ever imagine how well my clinic functions with a complete system that was designed for the way I practice. Its like night a day. I would never go back. I highly recommend SurfCT to any dental practice who wants to grow and grow consistently with a DSD System. Just I cant recommend them to any of the practices in my city :) after all Im competitive and thats what the gave me. A system and to to compete at the highest level.

Im a new customer, but so far I have been very impressed with the level of service and professionalism exhibited by the SurfCT team. They have been thorough in their follow-up throughout the transition, and have assigned multiple support personnel to assist with our account. While onsite, they have treated my team and patients with courtesy and respect, and have already resolved issues that my previous IT company could not. As an example, we were having trouble exporting 3D images out of our Tx Studio software. While more tests need to be performed to figure out the root cause, Peter figured out an alternate way to export the 3D images until a permanent solution is developed. This allowed me to get the files to the oral surgeon in time for the patients surgery. Whats more is that he volunteered to burn the files to the CD for me, and left it with the front desk so they could send it to the oral surgeon. Definitely not the type of service I was used to with my previous IT company!!

I have worked with SurfCT at 2 dental practices and let me share with the world. They are the best!!! Like Soooooo Amazing!!!! I love knowing that when I need help with my computers, Dentrix, Dexis or Cerac they there for me. They know there stuff. I call or txt them and they respond immediately and are very knowledgeable. No band aid fixs, no excuses... just really great results. They also automate so many of the frontdesk duties. Anything I find repetitive I let them know and they design systems that make my duties happen. That gives me more time to spend with patients and work on the practice. If you are working in a dental practice, managing a practice or own a practice. Check them out. I wish I could give them more then 5 stars!!! Love these guys. Thanks for making my life easier SurfCT!!! You guys are the best!!!!

Simply the BEST is how I can describe SurfCTs products and service. I recently went to my dentists office and was blown away by the technology so I asked him who set all this up and he said SurfCT. So I called SurfCT to inquire about their services and to find out if they could work with my financial services business. I was amazed that not only did they focus on the medical and dental field but could also setup similar technology in my office. Best decision I ever made. The process of upgrading our systems has been great without any issues. I would absolutely refer SurfCT to anyone who was looking to be a little more cutting edge. As an office manager who is consistently busy day to day, it feels good to know I have great network and computer support! The SurfCT team go above and beyond to make sure my network and customer support needs are taken care of immediately. For example when Ive call SurfCT customer care, they respond with a live person(so rare these days) so I dont get a voicemail or an automated response. They fix my problem, and email me or text me the results. SurfCTs field experience and reliability allow me to get back to my work without down time or added aggravation. Everyone at Surfct is the best!! Especially Jason and Eddie. Every time I call with a question or a problem they are always available to help out. I have never had to wait or be put on hold for someone to answer my questions. We had an unfortunate thing happen, during construction on a lower level office our wires were cut and removed, leaving us with no internet or phone service. They came out that same day and stayed until we were up and running. Never worried about the time, and trust me it was a nightmare. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and enjoy working with them.
