He has good people skills and good dental skills. I like him as a person. But my experiences went from fine to bad. They did a metal crown on an upper back tooth. I left mid-appointment (got right back up out of the dental chair) prior to having the crown done, because of a sinus infection. I have those often. I made it known. When I had the work done, I was still fighting with the sinus infection, but it was managed enough that I could function. When they did the work, I was not prescribed an antibiotic. Bacteria migrated to the root structure and began to colonize; eating away at the core; giving the infection direct access to my tooths nerve. I didnt realize that until the pain made me aware. Dr Garry prescribed penicillin, last Thursday, for the infection. Today is the following monday. The antibiotics have not worked. I hurt so bad. I called his office, just now. I informed them. I asked for a secondary or other antibiotic. They flat-out refused. They said a root canal is my only option, and that since that means they wont be following me for further care of that tooth, they are refusing to provide further relevant care. They wished me luck, then hung up.

I had to go in due to my 5 year old son complaining that his teeth were hurting after he busted his chin on the side of the pool. He just had a couple cavities taken care of a few weeks earlier and he did great. This time however... The dentist was an hour late and he was in such a big hurry Im pretty sure he worked on my baby before he was all the way numb. My son was crying this time more so than the last couple visits. Then the dentist looked at his mouth and said his filling was loose and that since they just put it in my insurance would not cover it. They made arrangements for me to make payments which was nice since my husband had been out of work due to an injury but after he worked on my son he said his tooth might be broken and they may have to pull it... but hey my insurance would cover that! We had been strugiving financially so anot her medical bills was not needed. These are my sons baby teeth!!! I will never go back to this place! The only reason they get 2 stars is because the staff was great!

I have been going to Greenfield Family Dentistry for over 15 years. Today, I met the dentist (Dr. Garry) who took over the practice and was very pleased with my visit. From beginning to end my visit was awesome. Dr. Garry fixed my front teeth that still had the jagged edges that never went away after I got my permanent teeth. The procedure only took a couple of minutes and the results look fantastic! My smile looks amazing and I am so glad he cared enough to fix this flaw for me. I cant recommend this dental practice enough to anyone who is looking for one. I drove over 30 minutes to get there and it was worth it. My teeth feel amazing from the cleaning and now my smile has improved as well, thanks to Dr. Garry!

Great team! Dr.Garry and his staff are polite, professional, and made me feel welcome. I am writing this as a first time patient. My story is kind of long so ill keep it short. I had a tooth gone really bad. Extreme pain, face swelling, etc. Dr. Ed was thorough and immediately noticed antibiotics I listed on my new patient form. He questioned me regarding this and then they took me right in and got started. Im feeling much better now thanks to GFD!! I guess Im another happy customer who will be returning as well as recommending GFD whenever possible.

He even fixed my chipped tooth and i am so thankful im not afraid to smile anymore because of him i even asked to come back on my birthday and they said yes!! Dr. Garry is by far the best dentist in Greenfield.He is caring and listens to your needs. He was great with my kids as well. My 4 year old had a filling done and all he remembered was Dr. Garrys arms looked like a Super Hero!! Haha.He obviously made my son feel comfortable.That is very reassuring for a Mom. Megan the dental assistant was great but the Dentist Dr. Garry wasnt ! first time patient and spent almost no time looking at my teeth. I had a loose tooth and he came to the conclusion that I need a root cannel in the first 2 minutes. had other issues that werent addressed. not impressed and will look for a new dentist!
