Dr. Beck Coon did a root canal on a tricky tooth. When I noticed the pain was getting worse instead of better after the procedure, I called him and he immediately prescribed me antibiotics for the suspected infection since he couldnt get me in for a few days. When I did go in, he took an X-ray and realized that the canal had gotten infected (by no fault of his) by hard to detect bacteria that was present during the procedure. He redid the procedure free of charge. It is apparent that he is not only highly skilled, but that he seeks to give you the most comfortable experience possible. I have had so many medical professionals try to minimize my pain or simply dismiss me when I tell them specifically what the problem is, but Dr. Beck Coon is not like this. He actually listens! For a sensitive, socially-anxious person like myself, that truly means the world to me. Seriously, if you need a root canal, go to Dr. Beck Coon.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Greene and his staff. I was told I needed to have one of my front teeth removed and an implant put in by another dentist. As someone who is already very nervous about dental work, I was needless to say, freaking out. I spoke with Dr. Greene and after reviewing my films he told me he thought he would be able to save the tooth. He called and texted me multiple times before my procedure to make sure I was doing okay. He explained everything to me in great detail and not once made me feel silly for having so much anxiety. I was still pretty nervous going in, but I am so happy with the care I received. Dr. Greene continued to explain everything me and kept asking how I was doing. The procedure went very well and Dr. Green gave me the least painful numbing shot I have ever received! If you have any anxiety about dental work, Dr. Green is the man for the job!

Freaked out because your dentist said the words "root canal"? These are the people you need to contact. This dental phobe had a root canal today without being in my customary state of dental unconsciousness. No pain during the process or this evening, not even at the injection site. The office is right here in Anderson on 38th Street. I called yesterday and was in today. . . no extended wait while the panic rose to soaring heights. I was even surprised that my bill was less than I anticipated after surfing the net on the topic. Phooey on running to Fishers to get specialty dental work. If I need another root canal, Ill be right back at their door!

Dr. Green called me before my appointment to see if I had any questions. He then did an excellent job comforting me when I panicked a bit during a root canal and made me feel at ease. After the procedure he called me at home that evening to see how I was doing. Ive never had any medical provider show such care. I wish he could provide all my dental care.

Dr. Greene and his staff are amazing. I felt very comfortable asking questions and understanding my procedure and follow up care before I left. My recovery went great. Im so glad I found him, it was definitely worth the drive from Indy to Anderson. I hope to never have a root canal again, but if I do, I will only see Dr. Greene.
