I contacted them online with phone and e-mail etc. They called me to make an appointment, for xrays and dental cleaning etc etc. Came in the AC was broken and sent me home then rescheduled me to an insane day and time. They didnt want to work with me at all on a good appointment date, told me they were all booked. OH! And get this! They told me since it was their fault that the AC was down, I could get a free Xray! WOW! When I tried to get a copy of their xrays they told me that they couldnt give them to me because I would have to use their services since it was free. So I wasted my valuable time. I needed teeth extracted, and told me they would e-mail a dental surgeon with the xrays. They didnt call for 3 weeks, I had to follow up on them, and they told me that they didnt have my number to reach me...and get this...they called me to schedule an appointment in the first place to get the xrays. So that was bullshit. I found a different dentist who gave me a much cheaper price, than the ones they were asking. They were nice and customer service was great. Im glad that Sunny Isles Dental were poorly organized, with terrible customer service because I wouldnt have found the place I found. They called me 3 weeks after I got my teeth extracted to "follow up and see how I was doing because I had some real bad wisdom teeth" told them I went to someone else. They then e-mailed me in February, because I had scheduled a dental cleaning after my first before everything happened, I cancelled. (Wait thought they didnt have my contact information...?) Then 2 weeks after that they called me to see if I wanted a cleaning, told them I didnt want it, and that I found a better dentist. She said "Ok" and hung up. Long story short, I felt unwelcome, and my business was not wanted. I still think this is exclusive to people with a membership of some kind maybe? I felt they were pushing me out from the beginning. Even though I never got Dr.George as a dentist, he seems to be really great.

Im a touring comedian, here in the Miami area for a two-month gig, and finding emergency health care can sometimes be a roll of the dice. So when my tooth started throbbing two days before my first show, I needed a good, reliable dentist who would see me quickly. The first dentist I went to walked in to my room, asked me what the problem was, and then told me I needed a root canal. No x-ray, no exam. The office was dirty and the equipment looked outdated. Before I knew what was happening, he was preparing the instruments for the procedure. I decided to get a second opinion and I got out of there quickly. Thats when I found Sunny Isles Dental, which was a short walk from where I was staying. They agreed to see me the same day I called, and when I walked in I was relieved to see how clean and inviting it looked. They offered me a tea, and it was only a short wait until they took me back to the exam room. The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable, and she took a couple x-rays of the tooth with what looked like the latest technology. My dentist was Dr. Dina Bobrova, and while she decided that I did in fact need a root canal, she explained why and showed me the evidence. Knowing that I needed the tooth fixed quickly, they performed the root canal immediately, and offered a payment plan besides. The procedure itself was nearly painless. People often compare an unpleasant experience to root canal, but the procedure was the first time in days when my pain actually subsided. (Thank you, anesthesia!) I felt very little discomfort, and simply watched tv while they worked. The endodontic procedure was completed in just an hour, and Dr. Bobrova called me later that same day to check up on me. If I lived here permanently, this would be my dentist of choice. Thank you, Sunny Isles, for your excellent service.

I originally decided to go to Sunny Isles Dental a couple years ago for a routine teeth cleaning. At the time I lived in Sunny Isles (walking distance from the dental office) and wanted to go somewhere where I know I would get good results. I had a feeling they would be good because Sunny Isles is a very upper class area. I have been to all sorts of dentists in my life. I even used to live in Los Angeles and even went to UCLA dental school to get my teeth worked on while living there and had some of the best dental instructors in the world work on my teeth. So my expectations were pretty high... I can honestly say without a doubt that Dr. George and his team at Sunny Isles dental are the best Ive EVER BEEN TO! Dr. George is a dentist who takes pride in his work. He is honest and VERY friendly! It is a joy to see him each time. Some dentists I have been to in the past are always trying to up sell me on other services I dont need and just dont do a great job over all. Dr. George on the other hand has never pressured me whatsoever. My teeth look amazing ever since I have been going to him. I even got Invisalign braces from him. He is a perfectionist and stands behind his work if ever there was an issue. I now live in Fort Lauderdale and drive an hour each way to go to his office and am happy to do it. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Hands down the BEST dental experience I had in years! They were recommended by my neighbor and even though it was a long drive I am so glad I went to this amazing office! Ive had a nightmare experience a couple years ago and my fear of dentists had kept me away until now. In 2013 I broke a molar which led to infection. Veeery painful. I saw a dentist, who sent me to another dentist for a root canal. That second dentist couldnt do my root canal for some reason, so they put a temporary filling on my tooth and told me to go home. Needless to say I went to another (yes, third) dentist, who decided that at this point it will be best to just extract my tooth. I was in so much pain and so sick of dealing with rude dental assistants and doctors, who didnt care, so I just went with it. So it took me a year and a half to brave up and find another dentist...WOW! The receptionist is super sweet, the hygienists couldnt be more gentle and reassuring and Dr. George...he is just amazing! I love the location, plenty of parking (there is parking in the back of the building as well), the office is so clean and smells so fresh! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
