I would not recommend Dr. MA. From day one Dr. Ma and her nurses have made me feel like an idiot for every question I have tried to ask about my son. I tried to explain how I was feeding my baby when he started baby food and she turned around interrupted me and informed me thats not what she asked. I still have not been able to ask Ive had to ask friends and family for advice cause I cant talk to my sons doctor without being treated like a idiot. Yesterday I called the clinic and informed them my son got sick after the flu shot. I was able to keep the fever down and was wondering because it is the flu shot is this something that will pass or should I have him seen right away I was unable to make it to that clinic that day cause I was not in Austin but I could have easily takin him to a ER or if his fever stays down can I take him the next day to his Dr. The nurse that called me back confronted me right away and tried to tell me he needs to be seen today cause he has not been to the doctor in along time. Instead of looking at the schedule were she would have seen he was just in there last week and was up for his 9 mths checkup next week she would have known that he has been seen but instead she was very rude and confrontational and made me feel like I was being a bad mother. I have many more complaints but to much to type. I held on there for 9 mths cause I wanted my son to have the same Dr from birth. I thought it would get better but its only got worse I dont know why they disliked me so much but I felt the tension at every Dr appt. I never got loud with them or confronted them I used my manners and was respectful thats why Im a little shocked from day one they have been rude to me. I finally had to switch my sons doctor.

This place is an awful excuse for childrens healthcare. The staff is constantly changing. Weve been going here for a year and a half and have seen every doctor they have had. Two of the doctors have left in the last year, and every time were there they are training a new nurse. The train table that was already falling apart is now completely destroyed. For the past six months there have been no trains and nearly all of the track pieces are broken. The last time we were there we were kept waiting in the exam room for over an hour. Those rooms are tiny and freezing and there were no books in ours to help keep my toddler preoccupied. I have given this place every benefit of the doubt, but its clear they are not going to up their standards, so its time for us to move on. Parents beware.

Today was my 2mth old first visit since switching from the terrible place he was at I can say the ladies at the front desk are very kind and welcoming also Dr. MA nurse (sorry I forgot her name) is very kind and took care of my baby with lots of care and answered alot of concerns I had even though I am supposed to be switching to Dr. MA since she is on vacation I got to meet Dr wood aka Dr woody He did a great job being that he has 2 children of his own he really takes his time with yours and answers questions well only thing bad about today was the shots part

This is a new office for us and have not been disappointed. I love that this office is friendly but to the point so your not waiting all day for appointments. I love that there is a "sick side" and "well side", some offices do not have that. I love the "shot box" and the many after hour amenities they offer. Very clean facility and bathrooms. I am in love with Dr. Wood, I also suggest Dr. Mah. This office does require that you stay up to date on all vaccinations or you will not be able to come, so if your anti-vax this is not the place for you.

Dr. Kibler is a great doctor. She knows her stuff and hits all the main points when you go in for checkups. We love getting there a little early so they can play with the Thomas the Train Table. They have all the tracks, trains and stations. The kids love it. Once in the room weve only had to wait 10-15 minutes until we are seen. They have prizes at the checkout desk and the kids get a coin to make their selection.

Theyve been quick and attentive. The few times Ive gone I hardly waited to be seen and scheduling has been a breeze. A great improvement over the last doctors office I dealt with.

Most of the staff is good but the lady i think she is manager or incharge of that place she is racist informing that Dr ma she is good for her 5*

This place is AMAZING I have a former 25wkr and Dr.Woody takes GREAT care of him he even calls to check up on us!!!
