The dental office was pre-paid to include an expedited fee to have my crown replaced after 20 years. Dr. Chasko did a terrible job and wont fix it. I have been a patient w/this dental chain of offices for many years. This would be my first official complaint. After 20 years I decided to have a front tooth crown replaced for a better look, cosmetically. The original crown was fine and served its purpose. However, I was inclined to update it based on the new options. I pre-paid this office to include an expedited fee to have the crown replaced. The first appointment took over two hours, when it was supposed to only be 45 minutes. The temporary crown that they had me wear was absolutely awful and I was unable to eat, or chew properly for an entire week. The second appointment was scheduled on Good Friday, just before they were to close for the holiday weekend. When the permanent crown was presented to me, I voiced my dissatisfaction with the shape immediately to the Dentist and assistant. To which, I was brushed off and so were my concerns. I couldnt imagine having to suffer through another week or two w/the temporary crown, so I informed them that I wasnt happy and I would have it placed. Post the holiday, I called and scheduled a followup appointment to address my concern w/the shape of the tooth, in addition, the bite was off, causing pain in other areas of my mouth and also, the spacing was off as I was talking funny and saliva was going through the spacing of the two front teeth. During the appointment, the same Dentist was there, and he said that there was nothing that he could do regarding the shape of the tooth. He had me grind of some paper and attempted to adjust the bite. However, this accomplished nothing. I was adamant regarding my chief complaint being that the cosmetic look of the tooth was not "better" than my old crown. He then informed me that "It was the best that he could do and no matter how much money I have to spend, hes not going to yield a better outcome". Not once did he sound genuine or sincere. Not once did he offer to make a second attempt or a re-do. He allowed me to leave the office once again upset and dissatisfied. He obviously lacked the knowledge and experience as a Dentist to correct his obvious mistake. That office is an absolute nightmare. Youd be lucky if you were able to speak with someone there that actually could help you or speaks English. The waiting times are unbelievable and they could care less about their patients. I want the Dentist to either fix his mistake by attempting a re-do, or refunding me the money I wasted in order to have this issue fixed by an actual Dentist that can help me.

My daughter and I have been at this location for at least six years. Some visits are busy with patients and other times just a few. We have had good experiences with the desk people and the dentists. Today my daughter went in for a full exam and for a cleaning. The gal who did the full exam did a great job and I would reccommend her to everyone. The dentist that came in just to check on a tender spot was wonderful!! Then it was time to have her teeth cleaned. The hygenist knew she had just got her braces off a week ago and yet she was so focused on the task that she did not consider how she was hurting my daughter. When I would prompt her by asking my daughter how she was doing I would get poopooed(G-rated response) at. Toward the end of this when my daughter started gagging and ready to throw up I came alongside of her and said, "Do you need us to take a break." That was the end of the cleaning. My daughter had prompted her by grunting at her when the hygenist was hard on her but the hygenist was intent on the goal. I put one star because of the hygenist and because I cant post at a zero star rating. The rest of the staff was GREAT! The hygenist could really enjoy her job if she cleaned with the intent that what she accomplished with her patient was the great experience they walked away with rather than getting the job done!

This is my first review & I wanted to let others know my experience. Zero stars for this office. I should have know when I took my 16 yr old son for a consult for his wisdom teeth & right after the X-rays, before he was even seen by the oral surgeon, I was handed the preop instructions, that something wasnt right. We showed up today for his surgery appointment to be told the dr wasnt in & that they tried to contact me. When I told them no one ever called me, they read to me my adult sons old phone number who had his wisdom teeth removed a year earlier from this office. So they dont check their patients charts or attempt to reach someone at an alternate number to cancel something this big. Very alarming. This required me to take off work & he now has to wait till after school starts for a different oral surgeon consult. Not to mention you cant get in touch with the alfaya Greenberg office to get a new referral even though they advertise on their website that they are open & are in fact not. I didnt know that this was the office my older son went to for his surgery initially. This is the same office that had over billed the insurance when my older son had his teeth out. Unacceptable in my opinion.

They are a dental factory. Greenberg has several offices and I have gone to several during 20 years as a patient. I have had checkups, xrays, fillings, crowns, root canals, bridge. I have given them thousands of dollars throughout 20 years. I will NEVER go back to the Winter Park office! My gold filling came out. Patel looked at it. Didnt know if they had material to put it back in. He took the filling and said hed call me the next day. He didnt. I had to call and complain about it. They did not have material to do work. Called back to make appointment to have filling replaced. Got there ontime. Waited 20 minutes. When I went back the assistant said my file showed an exam. No, I was in for a replacement filling. She said "well, you will have to wait a while". That was it. I dont have to do anything. I went up to the front desk telling them that I was leaving and asked for my gold filling. This is not the first bad experience. Like someone else said they put you in a chair and numb you, and you wait. Then come back in and ask if Im numb enough and give me ANOTHER shot of novacaine. Ive spent endless hours in a dentists chair. I just cant stand these people anymore.

Found this office by accident after I decided to take my companies lowest dental insurance plan. Selected the lowest because I never had dental issues. One month after the change, I had my first abscess under a crown. Since that required an Endodonist, I selected Greenburg Dental on Goldenrod, a 1 hr drive for me. 1st thing I notice was the high technology and cleanliness. Loved how all specialties were in one office. Made a permanent switch and have received the best care possible. I have had one root canal and currently on my third crown with Dr. Patel. The work was far superior to any dentist I have used in the past. Got my husband to switch as well, and he is extremely particular about quality care. He has had far more work done than me in the past, and totally agrees that Greenbergs is superior to any private practice we have used. Had we switched years ago, we could have save thousands of dollars. Prices are amazingly low. Plan to continue with them for a long, long time.
