I just moved to the area so I decided to try this dentist. Worst mistake ever! When I arrived for my appointment and found out my x-rays from MI hadnt arrived at their office yet, I refused to have new x-rays taken and suggested we reschedule the appointment. At this point they started speaking Spanish about me (not knowing that I have a minor in Spanish and could understand everything) and they made me sit there for an hour while they contacted my insurance company without informing me of what they were doing. They then presented a bill to me stating that I would only have to pay $10 out of pocket for new x-rays so I agreed and paid the $10 that day. After x-rays and an exam I was told that I needed to spend hundreds of dollars out of pocket for a "deep cleaning" because I had periodontal issues. I was at a great dentist 6 months ago and my gums were fine! I refused the treatment and was treated so horribly that I left in tears. I had only gone there for a routine cleaning and ended up being there for 2 hours and treated horribly the entire time. I then contacted my MI dentist and they requested the new x-rays sent to them. When I called Coast and asked for this to be done, they tried to refuse and got extremely defensive. They didnt agree until I stated that by law I have a right to a copy of my x-rays. My MI dentist studied the x-rays and said there is no way that I need a "deep cleaning." I then scheduled an appointment with a new dentist and they did the same perioscaling that Coast did (but they let me watch the testing) and they were shocked that Coast recommended a "deep cleaning" for me. They said my gums are better than their. They also said that I was the second person that day to complain about Coast telling them they needed procedures that they didnt need. Then, 2 days ago I received a bill from Coast for $24. When I brought it in to them they couldnt tell me what it was for. I sat there for 20 minutes while they checked the computer, my files, and stacks of papers and couldnt find the information. By this time the staff got extremely rude with me as well and acted like uneducated little children who got caught doing something wrong. I went home without answers and called my insurance company. They informed me that the $24 was for x-rays that my insurance doesnt cover. They also said that they faxed a copy of my fee schedule to Coast 2 days before my appointment and that "they were advised about the deductible." So Coast lied to me about the cost of my x-rays. I contacted Coast with this information and was told that they needed to contact the insurance company. I left them 2 messages yesterday and still have not heard back from them. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Was looking for a new dentist and tried this location due to its relatively good rating. The staff was nice but as the appointment went on, I stated to see more red flags. The wait seemed excessive for having all my information already filled out. They tried to get me to have an oral cancer screening that wasnt covered by my insurance and was not requested by myself. After the visit, they said I would need a "deep cleaning" and around 7 cavities drilled and filled. I have regularly been to multiple dentists and there is no way that all of these are necessary. They refused to do a regular cleaning until this was complete. In addition, I was not allowed to take a copy of the $2K estimate for the dental work to be done until I signed a paper that said "I requested and authorize the above services to be done. " I got out of there as fast as possible and will not be returning. I would advise against anyone going here and to the other people that have reviewed this place, I wish you the best of luck.

My experience at this office has been wonderful. I am visiting this area with my daughter for spring break. Her godmother actually lives here. I was experiencing some discomfort and bleeding in my tooth and o called Coast dental at this location. I called the morning of March 18th and they got me in for an appointment with no hassle. I had to have an extraction but they made me feel so good, relaxed and comfortable. This location is phenomenal. Dr J and his staff did an amazing job Cindy,from the time I walked in took care of me. Christie (if I have you name right) but you assisted Dr. J WITH the extraction. And Ms Miriam yourwarm spirit and kindness touched me so. Your testimony uplifted and encouraged me so much. I thank God for out encounter may God continue to keep you and bless you. I speak blessings, favor and prosperity to you all in this office. Great team. Very friendly, highly professional. Reasonable price for high quality service. Receptionists: Mrs.Aly went above and beyond to find a spot for me. X-Ray tech/Hygienist: Mrs Miriam was very efficient, friendly, and explained every step in the process Dental Assistant: Mrs Jennifer was working in unison with Dr. Jay, and put me at ease. Mrs. Cindy was very helpful with notifying in an advance the real cost of the trearment without any hidden fees. Dr.Jay: the AWESOME DENTIST, and as a person. He is extremely polite, friendly, team player. Dr.Jay is very respectful to the clients, and always educates them about good dental care. Im leaving in Chicago, but came back to Fl to see Dr.Jay.

I never do this, but this practice its horrible, horrible!!! First, I spent weeks calling them and leaving messages to make an appointment. They never called back I was the one who kept calling them because my kid needs to see the dentist and I didnt want to look for a new dentist. I guess now I have to. Second, when I was finally able to make the appointment they gave me the wrong date. Stay away from this place unless you want to let them waste your time.The woman I spoke with was rude and disrespectful and trying to blame me for their mistakes. The doctor is okay, but the staff is TERRIBLE!

THIS PLACE OWES ME $700! DO NOT GO HERE! I was told I need a root canal and given a referral to another office, and after the root canal I would need a crown from this office. I paid $700+ for my crown in installments, but when I went to the orthodontists office and did x-rays, I was told I didnt need the root canal. He sent a copy of the x-ray and a note to give to the dentist, but they refused to give me a refund! They put me on to another company and Ive been trying to get my money back since July, 2016. I paid from my bank account so its not a credit or anything.

I visited this location on the 19th of August for a routine checkup and cleaning. I was greeted in a prompt and friendly manner. I was seen by the hygienist right away. She was very friendly and informative. After my X-Rays and cleaning were done, I was seen by the doctor. Doctor Jainandan was extremely helpful and had a calming demeanor to ease any anxiety. He was knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions that I had. I was extremely pleased with my visit, and look forward to returning to this location in the future for treatment! A++ service!
