Went to this place because I had an emergency. Tooth pain so bad I was almost to the point of passing out. I was visibly distraught. So I had to fill out paperwork, which was a task because the pain was excruciating. Anyway, I managed it. They told me to wait. I waited for an hour. People that came in after me were seen before me. This happened a couple of times. So, an hour later I was finally seen. I had an X-ray and the results were conclusive. I went in with the intention of having a tooth pulled, and thats exactly what had to be done. Simpson comes in and tells me he is not comfortable taking out a wisdom tooth and he gave me a referral to another dentist over an hour drive from there. I called straight away, and got an answering machine. This guy is a hack. No idea what hes doing. Stay away

Dr Simpson and his office is known through the special needs community as a dentist that will be kind and and cater to whatever anxieties a child has when coming to his office. I was given a referral from a friend and have thanked her over for such awesome advice! The assistants are friendly and respectful and have gotten to know my daughter over the two years weve been going to see them. Dr. Simpson has a GREAT demeanor and is completely not threaten and so very gentle! Yes, the office is small, they are not a fancy group, but the service and treatments are EXCELLENT! Thank you, Threshold , for doing what you do!

I didnt get a lot of dental care as a child so If you are sacred of the dentist then this is the doctor for you. Dr Simpson cares about me and all my rotten teeth as if they were his. He treats my family and I like people and not numbers. He is awesome and I would wait hours just to see him alone. He takes his time to make sure you understand your treatment plan and takes more time to answer all your questions. He doesnt sugar coat anything. He tells you straight. I love my dentist and I would recommend him to all my family and friends. If you come to him Im sure you will agree. I love ❤️ you Doc You are awesome

Really nice staff. Had an appointment and didnt have to wait long at all. Dr. Simpson was nice as well, didnt feel rushed and explained what was needed. I have a good amount of confidence in this practice will definitely be bringing my kids here.

My son was terrified of every dentist until we found Threshold. The entire team has been pleasant, informative, patient, and genuinely caring. Wouldnt go anywhere else unless absolutely necessary.
