Admittedly I reluctantly decided to have a checkup after over 10 years of not visiting the dentist. I used the uninsured promo $59 checkup with full workup (Check thier website). The office is very clean and upscale. I was seated and offered a drink (coffee or soda), I chose neither as I was so nervous to hear what they would say about my teeth neglected. The hygienist was extremely patient with me and after she took the x-rays, Dr. Mora-Rosa came in and informed me that I had an extemely deteriorated tooth with a abscess so large that it had been a while since he had seen one so large. I was ashamed I had let it go so long but Dr. Mora-Rosa relaxed me right away and discussed treatment plans that fit my financial situation and health care provider limits. After having a tooth extraction, removal of the adscess which was down to the bone, very dangerous, I can tell you Dr. Mora-Rosa has a delicate touch. The operation was completely painless. I couldnt believe it. He would jiggle my cheek when he injected the anesthetic in a way that I couldnt tell he was injecting me, great technique. I was shocked when he told me he had already pulled my tooth, I thought I would feel a violent yank. I walked out not even having to fill my prescription for pain relief. Absolutely amazing! Moral of the story, dont be like me! If you are putting off dental work because of fear and live in the Winter Park/Casselberry area, Dr. Mora-Rosa has made me a life-long customer with his gentle touch, professional staff and state-of-the-art facility.

Today was the second visit my son had with this practice. The first visit included a root canal on one tooth and a crown on another. He paid two thousand+ at the first visit. Since then, he has had severe pain in the crowned tooth. The dentist said that is all he needed on the tooth at the time. Since he is not a dentist, he took her word for it. Today the dentist told him he needed a root canal on the crowned tooth. He has excellent dental insurance so not a real problem. I am sure he was looking at another 2 grand for today. He was in the chair, draped and ready for the root canal. The billing individual came in and stated he had a shortage for this visit by 145 dollars. He asked to be billed for that amount. He was told that he could not be billed and she promptly took off the drape, sat him up and stated she could not help him, although he just received the partial bill from his sons last visit. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever heard of. His wife and both children are also patients of this practice, until today...He will not subject his family or himself to this extremely unprofessional, uncaring and rude practice again. It is not about the 145 dollars, it is about the principle, which speak volumes. Hopefully others will see this post and think twice about making an appointment with this practice.

Dr. Mora-Rosa knows how to give painless injections, even upper front. Unbelievable. Completely painless. I was unexpectedly there for several hours due to an extensive problem. They even offered to go buy a smoothie for me at lunchtime. I have never encountered a dentist so skillful, and a staff so caring. They gave me the best dental care Ive ever had - and Ive had a LOT. This was two days ago, and I am still feeling amazed by the experience. If you have anxiety about dentists, one visit to this office will cure you of it.

Dr. Clement Contestable is a fabulous dentist. I have seen many in my time, but without question he was my favorite. Not only does he make you feel eased and relaxed when in the dental chair with his excellent personality, but the work he does is top notch. You can tell that he is continuously expanding his education with his knowledge. Bottom line, Dr. Contestable in his staff and the best in Central Florida. I for sure will be going back to him for many years to come!

I had a cavity on a side tooth, it had gotten ugly and stolen my smile and confidence. On 8/16/16 my bill was reasonable and they really take care of the uninsured. I woke up today with the BIGGEST smile!!!!! The Dr. was gentle and comforting, and the process was virtually painless. The entire staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely return!!!

I was a totally mess when I went to my appointment. After having my kids late in my life, I lost a lot of calcium, hence having so much damage. The staff was so patient and caring , even though the cost was also(due to my insurance coverage) overwhelming-they are still working with me. They have turned my frown upside down!

I dropped off paperwork yesterday so I could pick it up with ease before work today. I spent 45 minutes waiting to pick it up today. This is not the first time they have been weird with paperwork. Needless to say, I am done. We will be going to a new dentist.
