I had a rather unsavory experience with another dental office in Altamonte Springs and after spending over $4,000 I was still having massive dental problems. When I was referred to Coast Dental by my insurance company I was understandably not very trusting of dentists and the entire dental office experience. I gotta say the people at Coast Dental really turned my opinion completely around starting from my first contact with them. Their administrative employees Elizabeth, Tiffany and Carina were so on top of their game it wasnt even funny. They helped calm my nerves, took care of all the paperwork and authorizations necessary to keep my out of pocket expense to a minimum. They were always patient with me when I called about a million times with questions about the extractions and upper denture that I was going to need. Im 49 years old and nothing scared me more than having a lot of teeth pulled and the whole idea of wearing a denture scared the living tar out of me. Believe me, child birth was less scary to me than the prospect of having this done. On my first visit I had to have a few teeth removed that were in really bad shape. I had one tooth that was very infected and even though the infection cleared up having it removed sent a streak of pain through my jaw that caused me to literally howl when it was removed. My dentist was absolutely understanding, gentle and really helped calm my nerves. His chairside manner was calmand reassuring. Next I had to decide which plan of treatment I wanted to go with. Did I want to save what teeth I could save or would a full upper denture be the best choice. My teeth were making me sick and I knew it. Both my dentist and Julio did not rush me through this decision, but gave me all of the information I needed to make the final decision myself. On the day I came in to have the extractions and to have the denture put in I hardly felt any pain at all. The skill and gentleness of this dentist really made all the difference in the world. When it was all over and I left that day, I went home and took a really good look in the mirror. What I saw blew my mind. My smile was actually prettier than I could have ever expected. My denture looked absolutely natural, my obvious overbite was no longer there and I swear I looked 10 years younger. After having missing and damaged teeth for the last two years really hurt my self esteem and now I have to say it feels amazing to to be able to smile again without having to hold my hand over my mouth. My denture was comfortable and fit perfectly. I was actually back to doing my normal activities just one day after the procedure. I have two teenage daughters and I will only take them to Coast Dental. I give them a 20 on a scale from 1 to 10. I am not the kind of person to give an over inflated opinion, but its really the truth. The kind of professional care, courteousness, patience, diligence and skill is a rare find. When it comes to something as important as your health, your teeth and your smile one should always demand the best. And that was what Coast Dental was -- the Best! I could not be happier with the way I look and feel and I have all of the fine folks at Coast Dental in Altamonte Springs to thank for it. If it wasnt for them I probably would still be going around with an unhealthy and unattractive smile. Thank you Elizabeth, Tiffany, Carina, Julio and of course my wonderful, amazing Dentist for improving not only my smile, but my health and my self confidence. I will recommend your office to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you all again for putting up with me for being such a baby and holding my hand through it all. I am very grateful.

Absolutely the worst. (if you are the owner, do not bother referring me to your assurance hotline, you may address these concerns to the people reading this review on google. Any attempt to not address this directly will be immediately noted by all readers) Aesthetics. Filthy office. It looked as if they were remodeling at first, but it soon became evident that was not the case. This location is in a state of serious disrepair.With holes punched in walls, base boards knocked onto the floor, and dirty floor tiles.. this is easy to spot. Equipment. X-ray equipment is ancient,; much safer, and accurate equipment is standard in many other dentist offices. Conduct. The dentist was very rude, and judgmental, just staggeringly abhorrent bedside manner. I pay out of pocket,and even know I had the money to cover the service, I was treated noticeably differently when I mentioned this. Was refereed to an in network dental surgeon that was out 3 months for an abscessed tooth. Without any antibiotic script.. without any alternatives.. Allowing a patient to wait 3 months with an infection is DANGEROUS. Serious questions about ethics arise with such a practice. I had to find another dentist quickly considering my condition. Leaving me wasting time while in serious pain with people that did not seem to care. Further concerns. I have seen other responses to these problems from the owners recommending that customers use their own internal reporting.. unacceptable. While bedside manner may be a subjective issue, the state of the office certainly is not. If you see such a message below take note. This thinly veiled gesture will not satisfy me, and if you see it, I hope its the red flag I would have.. should have seen. If the owners would like to respond to me, they may do so on this medium. Only positive review in moths has been from a user that only revived this establishment, and has no other reviews. The problem is this is always more suspect when the consensus has generally been poor. Its important to understand that this very well could be a real user.. but I am sorry,considering my experience, its hardly out of the question that its a plant. I do not take this lightly. If this is true it is seriously shameful conduct. I flagged the review for further investigation, and to be sure there is no conflict of interest. As a note I generally try to be objective in my reviews, and often highlight positive aspects (please feel free to read my other local reviews) this was an experience that I felt warranted a full warning to potential customers. I feel that until these issues are addressed by the staff and owners,this will be a unanimous opinion.

El mejor sevicio de orthodocia y dental en la florida, se los recomiendo a todos, despues de buscar diferentes opiniones buscando un buen servicio al cliente, y por supuesto que mi bolsillo no tenga que pagar demasiado dinero, pues este es el sitio perfecto la cortesia y amabilidad es algo que distingue mucho a los lugares para mi opinion, despues de haber visitado Green berg dental, me fui desilucionada, el servicio al cliente no es de la mejor calidad cuando llamas para hacer cita nunca contestan el telefono y cuando lo contestan te dejan esperando muchisimo tiempo en el telefono. Luego visite otro ortodoncista y aunque el sitio se veia limpio y tenia un buen servicio al cliente, el costo por los braces era excesivo, fue ahi donde por ultimo visite Coast Dental y quede muy satisfecha en cuanto a todo lo que estuve buscando por meses! Y aprovecho la ocasion para mencionar a todos los excelentes empleados que me han atendido alli entre ellos Dr.Adams, Claudia, Patty, ,Jackie, Crystal, Aly y Tangela!
