The staff here is so sweet, and I didnt feel judged during my exam or anything. The dentist herself was nice and was so quick and confident, Ill be making this my primary office for dental care. :) Edit: I ended up having a filling on the front of my tooth replaced, and the dentist put on a yellow filling against my very white teeth. When I went back to have it fixed, I was humiliated. She put two dots of white on it while leaving my tooth completely yellow. I hate smiling. When I tried getting it fixed for the third time for free I was rebuffed and told no, that both times it was an elected cosmetic procedure even though the filling was necessary and she messed it up. So... that was money wasted, I paid for both sessions at full price. I basically threw away a couple hundred dollars. Im pissed, Im humiliated, and I threw away two hundred dollars on a sub-par dentist who didnt even put my molar cap back on right, I found out from my current dentist who had to remove and replace the cap I got at New Smile because it was too big and it didnt have any texture at all, which explains why I had a hard time chewing on that side and why my jaw ached so much afterwards. Ugh. Yeah, this place is sweet and nice until you realize they cant do a decent job and you ask for it to be done right. The receptionist pressuring me to leave a review on Google maps while she was *right* *there* should have tipped me off.

On Friday I broke a tooth. I contacted New Smile in Altamonte and they couldnt see me, so they referred me to Winter Springs. They suggested a "new patient" promo since normally an "emergency" visit would run into the hundreds and a "new patient" special was $58 for an exam and cleaning. The package included X-Rays which I could see on a TV mounted on the wall along with photos of my teeth taken with a wand inside my mouth (very up close and personal). . . All told my teeth and gums were in good shape (so no attempt to sell me stuff I didnt need). The dentist looked at my broken tooth and said she could fill it like a cavity (a bonding) -- it wasnt cheap -- but it was average for this type of procedure, maybe even on the low side price-wise. No one tried to sell me an expensive bridge or capped tooth. This is a lengthy procedure so I had to make a follow up appointment for 4 days later (weekend in between). Dr. Whitehead was my dentist -- a very thorough and gentle dentist. They numbed my mouth with a topical and then gave me numerous injections so I would have no pain. The procedure took over an hour -- and zero pain. The tooth is "as good as new" and feels just like it did before it was broken. Dr. Whitehead did a great job! This is definitely my new dentist. My dental hygienist was Lindsey, also help from Angel. Norma at the desk was very friendly, too. This is a great dentist.

I found New Smile Dentistry when I had a dental emergency and my regular Dentist in Orlando was unavailable to see me. New Smile agreed to see me with very short notice and I have been a patient there ever since. We all dread going to the dentist, but upon entering their Winter Springs office something is different. The two girls that work up front Ashley and Norma are amazing. Always happy and smiling, very friendly. it really puts you at ease as soon as you check in. I have had my teeth worked on by both Dr Marouf and Dr. Moar. Both dentists are excellent, with great chair side manners. Dr. Marouf always takes the time to explain the procedure and walks through it with me while in the chair making sure my comfort level is always maximized. The equipment is all brand new. Their X-Ray machines are all digital, providing lower radiation levels. They even have mouth cameras so they can show the patient close up things going on in their mouths on the LCD Display. After a root canal and extraction, Ashley the front office admin, even called me twice on the phone that night and next day to see how I was feeling, genuinely caring! I m glad I found New Smile Dentistry, Amazing Dentists, Amazing Staff, Sparkling Clean and Modern Rooms, They are the best.

I went in with severe toothache pain from a broken tooth. I knew it would need to be extracted, but what I didnt know is that the two teeth next to it were badly decayed, surely causing pain. Something I didnt know existed became an awesome answer! A triple-tooth crown!! 1 cap-crown on 3 teeth! (Well two, 1 extracted). I liked that there was no need for 2 appointments to get a tooth pulled! They didnt refer me out to an oral surgeon, they pulled it on the spot, and no wait! I called them late afternoon & they saw me the next morning! Pretty unheard of for awesome dentistry, efficient, & fast. They saw me every 2 weeks for 2 months while my gums & bone graft healed, while wearing a temporary crown. Today I got my permanent 3-tooth crown; cemented. Theres some tenderness but not pain. Because my crown is so precisely placed under my gum line, and colored the same color as my other teeth, its like having 3 brand new teeth, without the cost of implants, but equally sturdy in my opinion.

I had inplants done in my mouth. I had.the same dentures for 25 years that I wore every day. You could only imagine what they were like after that many years. Dr.Firas Marouf was wonderful. He was so gentle and caring with me. Dr.Firas Marouf did such an amazing job on my teeth that every one keeps on telling me how Beautiful and natural they look.I am so pleased and happy with them.Every person that.knows me and sees me wants to know where I went to and ask me the Doctors name. I would definitely recommend New.Smile Dentistry to everyone. They have the nicest Staff that you could ever meet.Each and every person there was friendly that I felt so comfortable around them ,that.they all made going to the Dentist actually enjoyable ! That is something you would have never heard me say ever before. I am going to miss all of them dearly! Sincerely Donna Henry

excellent service. The dentists and hygienists are very knowledgeable. They are also friendly, especially Norma at the front disk, clear with their explanations, and effective in their communication. The clinic in great condition. Ive been seeing them for about a year and recommend them very highly for all dental services,. The hygienists are skilled and very reliable, and I appreciate Dr. Marissa Whitehead general professionalism along with her direct and balanced approach to describing and providing dental care options (e.g., identifying but not pushing hard on minor but expensive cosmetic adjustments). My latest cleaning appointment was a great example of their superior service -- I was short on time, and they got me in and out quickly without sacrificing quality. Thanks!

Everyone was very friendly. Office and equipment seemed new and shiny clean. I have been to lots of different dentist offices, this was by far my favorite as I felt very comfortable throughout the entire experience. Well, as comfortable as you can feel at the dentist. I really appreciated how they let me hold and be in control of the "spit sucker" (probably not the technical term). All X-ray images were displayed on a screen in front of me, so I could see clearly what was going on, instead of just taking the dentists word that I need dental work. Because I did not have a babysitter, the staff offered to watch my son and even turned the waiting room TV to cartoons for him. Clean, professional, and friendly..I definitely reccomended New Smile Dentistry.
