Worse than a 1 star rating. would not give 1 star. Took my 7 year old daughter to see the pediatric dentist. Tried explaining to Dr and Nurse I think my daughter has an underlying issue causing cavities as she drinks very little sweet juice and doesnt eat much candy. She also has 4 siblings with no cavities ever and they eat/drink all the same. She is also home schooled so her diet is monitored day to day. Dr and Nurse did NOT want to hear this; they kept pushing for me to sign a multi thousand dollar treatment plan and wanted to do fillings and crowns on her teeth where cavities were. I tried to explain that she ALREADY had fillings and crowns on the teeth they wanted to remove and put new ones; but why would NEW cavities pop up under fillings and crowns? They did not want to answer just kept pushing we do treatment plan. My question is why do same thing done before without trying to figure out root cause. At that point; Dr told me she wasnt comfortable doing the work we came for which was a horrible abscess because I was questioning what they suggested we do. Again; they did not want to talk about root cause JUST how to get me to sign thousands of dollars of treatment none which were to find root cause just put more fillings and crowns on. Horrible place. NEVER again. Please do not take your children to a place where they only care about money and not the childs well being.

The service is bad !!! You have to call many times to get someone from the office to answer the phone. The answering service picks up the phone all the time; they take your message, but no one ever calls you back. I went there for a cleaning and waited 1 hour before I get to see the hygienist. It was supposed to be a deep cleaning, but she only did a ten-minute cleaning, no digging of any kind. When I asked her why it took the so short time she responded that if I were unhappy I could talk to the ladies at the front desk. When I told the ladies at the front desk about the situation, they said that I can schedule for a new cleaning, but they had no availability until two months later and that I will have to pay for the extra cleaning. Also, I had an appointment to see the orthodontics but was canceled because the person that made the appointment made the mistake of making an appointment on a day the doctor is not in the office. No one cared to call and cancel the appointment in advance. I also had billing problems; they wanted to charge me a high co-pay when I am supposed only to pay $5 per visit. Then when I called the billing department, and it took forever to get someone to call me back. Do not go to Greenberg Dental !!

The Doctor is wonderful. The billing is a nightmare. When I called local office about billing issue they told me I have to call corporate billing. Every time I call Mershaun (sp?) in corp billing all I get is a Voice mail... and she NEVER calls back. Then I call local office and Im told "yeah she is HORRIBLE about returning calls, thats why we just call customer service" LMAO REALLY???? I call customer service and again I have to leave a message. Yet again NO RETURN CALL. If you can go and pay out of pocket.... this is a great place to go. Office staff and Doctor is wonderful... But if you have to make "payments" be prepared for a run around... and for them to continue taking money from your account even though your portion is paid. They will claim "Insurance hasnt paid" Funny thing is... my insurance not only told me what dates they sent checks... they also told me for how much and when the checks cleared the bank.

I was just reading some reviews online and I had to chime in because I completely and whole heartily disagree with what I read. I have had nothing but great experiences with this office. The girls at the front desk are very helpful. Dr. Amaro has to be easily the best, friendliest, and most caring dendist I have ever seen. The hygienist are great. This office usually sees me quick any time I have had an issue. Ive been going to this office for years. Greenberg dental did my daughters braces and she now smiles so big and beautiful. They were affordable and worked with me with a payment plan. I recommend them to anyone who ask me if I know a good dentist. Keep up the good work, and thank you to all the staff there working in the background.

This place is pure garbage I went in for an 11am appointment, and did not get seen until 1 pm. to make matters worse I was supposed to get cavities filled, but I only got an x-ray, and a cleaning; and then I get a letter from my insurance provider showing charges for 5 services 4 of which are not covered! I only went in for my free check up and cleaning, plus filling my cavities wich I only expected to pay a small amount. No fillings, and only 2 services provides; yet I get a bill for 5 services? Apparently nothing they told me has been true, and I would recommend that you seek help elsewhere ESPECIALLY if you have immediate dental needs. GREENBERG DENTAL IS GARBAGE!

Very rarely do they keep appointment times; my daughter has had to wait up to over an hour after her scheduled time to be seen, and this happens at almost every monthly appointment. Also, they are nearly impossible to get on the phone if you need to change an appointment, or talk to anyone if you have a question. If youre OK with talking to the answering service and then getting a call back a day or two later from the office, then by all means... The front desk staff isnt very friendly either.

If i can give -20 i would, they dont know how to do their job correct they just want you to be there an waste your money on them every week, they always make excuse about everything. They dont care about the patient they just care about making money also the waiting time is ridiculous... I will make sure i take my kids to other dentist and also all my family an friend.

Amended review. From 5 stars to 3. Dr. Amara is great. Corporate billing system, phone systems, and office procedures are unpredictable at best. From the phone system to the billing, corporate cant seem to keep things working properly, and the office staff either isnt empowered with the authority to work around it, or lacks the necessary problem solving skills to do it.

The oral surgeon was a nice guy but I went in to have a simple filling done. at the end of the day, I felt a sharp or pointy piece on my tooth and I immediately called to come back in. when I tried to come back in, they told me that they couldnt take me. So now I have permanent tooth damage when all I needed was a simple filling.

They tried to tell me my son needed braces.. He is 13 and has used the same dentist in OH that was honest and did not try to con you. I was told that he had perfectly straight teeth and would not need braces.. Funny Greenberg Dental thought otherwise,,, It all about the $$$
