HORRIBLE PHONE SERVICE!! The receptionist had a very poor attitude and seemed to be bothered to answer the phone, I was put on hold 4 times for long periods of time, they didnt listen to my needs and instead did what best suited them. I have a dog that needs care, I need real knowledge, not your "opinion" or your "attitude". I was told what the rate was for a Saturday appointment but when I went to schedule I was told it would be an URGENT CARE charge.... I dont think so, not when you are open! BUT I cant ever get an appointment because they only work 8-5 - this isnt a bank, its a vet clinic. When am I supposed to get my pet in to the vet? But you wont offer advice without a visit.... REDICULOUS! The only reason I would go here is because the veterinarians are pretty good.

I COULD LITERALLY WRITE A BOOK ON WHAT A GREAT PLACE THIS IS 2 TAKE UR PETS. WE LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE DR PAM!! SHE IS JUST THE BEST...NOT ONLY AS A VET, BUT. SHE FEELS MORE LIKE A FRIEND. I visited today to get flea medication due to an infestation and I DO NOT go to this vet because we live 30 miles away, but I needed to pick up the meds over lunch. The front desk apologized that they could not sell bravecto without being a patient, but went out of her way to call my vet and explain what I needed and have it ready for me to pick up on my way home. They could have just sold me frontline or cap star and send me on my way, but they knew what was best for my family and even though they didnt make a sale they helped me. If I lived here I would go here without a doubt. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I was new to the area 2 yrs ago. I have yet to be satisfied with this vet. First they mixed my sister and my names up and so told me I hadnt left my dogs paperwork (from Kansas vet) Finally got that straight. Then today they refuse to give me a prescription because I didnt want to buy meds from them. So I returned bought meds and politely asked for my dogs records, as we would not be returning. They gave me 2 hand scribbled notes and claim they dont know what happened to his file from Kansas. If you love your pet, go anywhere else

I have been using this animal hospital for over a year. When our first dog died very suddenly, the staff went above and beyod to make sure everything was taken care of for us. They even kept Bears collar for months, making sure it got returned to us. Since then we have aquited 2 dogs, which are cared for by the Westgate staff. Westgate is the best vet I have ever been to and wouldnt take my dogs anywhere else. In addition they provide boarding services, also highly recommended.

My puppy was SEVERELY misdiagnosed by more than one doctor at westgate. I decided to take him for a second opinion and that doctor diagnosed him right away. Four weeks later hes no longer suffering from sarcoptic mange, after suffering for four plus months and never being able to be diagnosed correctly, even with hair missing in certain spots of his body.

Doctors Nate and Duane are the most compassionate people! They will take as much time as needed to explain and answer your questions. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with your pets treatment. The entire staff is awesome, as well. Great quality medical care and always so accommodating!

The vets are so caring and amazing but the receptionists were rude and not one bit empathic in an emergency situation. The vets there give incredible care and I highly recommend this place as long as you can tolerate the rude receptionists.

They really love animals. They put our cat down and they couldnt have been kinder. I wish that many doctors who care for humans would spend some time watching these doctors who care for pets; They could learn a lot about compassion.

Absolute best veterinary AND grooming service! Kind, compassionate, & friendly. Drs. Vollendorf & Meyer give the best care for our dog & cats (10+ yrs). Julie is a fantastic groomer. Casey girl looks & smells beautiful every time!

They are great. Unfortunately my dog has no sense of self preservation so Ive had to come here more often than I would have liked. But their prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
