The staff is always friendly and Jeff is a wonderful, caring vet. He takes the time to explain your animals needs and what you should be aware of in caring for your pet. One thing I love most about seeing Jeff is that he encourages you to ask questions. I can not stress this enough: He wants you to ask him questions in order for you to better understand the needs of your animal. I continue to take our pet to Ark and will take all future pets to Ark.

As clients of The Ark, I have to put in my 2 cents worth. Everyone at The Ark is very professional and very friendly. I did not know they were not accepting new clients, so I am happy we got our animals in when we did.
