I was a 1st time patient, walked in the door excited that another vet was in that location. Trusted my dog to her and staff. Specifically requested verbally to bathed my dog, trim toe nails and cut hair around toe nails, trim hair around butt area and get shots. Now I repeated my request three to four time, and the vet stands in the doorway with arms outstretched saying they know what to do. My dog is half Peke and half Dashound, long hair variety, hair everywhere, the breed is known for their top hair and undercoat hair. When I picked my dog up, they literally cut his ear hair (if he had three inches of long hair its now one inch long), his top coat hair and and his undercoat hair and cut his tail hair that consisted of both black and tan-to-white hair, that greatly reduced the fullness and length of his tail hair. If that was not enough they removed all his hair around his penis. Unfortunately for me I did not immediately observe the full extent of their damages and I said well I guess his hair will grow back and she(the vet) said yeah the hair will grow back. My dog is of mature age and no the hair did not and most likely will never grow. This was 2014, and now its 2016. I have cut my dogs hair before and the hair grew back. I have been beyond mad and with rage with them. I did return a year later, walked in requesting to speak with the vet. Was unable but she did hear me express myself to her receptionist. I inquired why was my dogs hair cut this way, the response was that is the way they normally do it. I stated I was a new customer, they had my number, no one bother at any time to call me, or tell me while I was still there what there procedure was on grooming dogs. And then the receptionist said they fired the groomer. Like really. My dog does not look like he did before entering that horrible place. I missed his long wavy ear hair, I missed the way his tail hair would part to the left and right on his back because he carried his tail like the Peke breed do. I missed his top coat of straight black hair and undercoat of wavy tan-to-white hair. I told them he was half dashound and half peke. If they did not know what breed of dog he was, they had a computer they could have google and saw hundreds of pictures. More importantly they could have just called me. But no, I got nothing. So I greatly would never recommend Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital to anyone. Do not bring your pets especially if they have long hair. They are not even worth one star.

I am not one to write reviews but feel compelled to do so after the level of service provided by Dr. Cosette Seferi at Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital. My dog fell rapidly ill overnight and I did not have a local vet. We choose Luv-N-Care primarily because of their location. After examining my dog, Dr. Seferi explained that he was in heart failure and was in the process of dying. She did everything right to make sure he was as comfortable as possible. He passed on a Wednesday and the cremation service makes their weekly visits on Tuesdays. I asked if anything could be done to get them back out so he didnt have to sit around for a week to be picked up. They found a way to accommodate my request. Since his passing, I have been searching the carpet and gardens for any sign of a paw print (I dont know why). I have been deeply regretting never making an impression while he was alive. When I went to pick up his ashes today, Dr. Seferi pulled out a paw print casting of my dog that she had done for me. It may be the most meaningful gift I have ever received. She did not need to do this. She has no relationship with me as we have only had 1 interaction. Based on the love and compassion I, and my dog, have received over the last week, I recommend driving as long as it takes to come to this vet. I will forever be grateful I did.

Took my dog to Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital for his neutering because it was the clinic the rescue we adopted him from was using, but would give anything to have taken him somewhere else. Both the veterinarian and the woman working the front desk seemed 100 percent disinterested in the questions I had about my dogs health issues. Not only were they combative with their responses, but did not brief me on the side effects my dog would be experiencing when the anesthesia began to wear off. Instead, I was left watching my dog tremble on my living room floor while searching Google for answers. Turns out shaking/trembling, vomiting and wooziness are common side effects of anesthesia, but I was never told this. Getting a clear answer about the tests recently performed on him from either the veterinarian herself or the woman working the front desk was like pulling teeth. This was not a good experience and I would highly recommend that if youre looking for an animal clinic to take your pet to, that you find another clinic.

This is my second time going to this place to get my standard poodle groomed. The first time I took him she did a mediocre job. But the second time she BUTCHERED my dogs hair. I have NEVER in my life seen my dogs hair look this bad. I dropped him off at 945A and went to get him @ 2P. First off, he didnt even look or smell clean, his ears were still grimy and dirty. I asked for one thing, he comes out looking a fluffy hot mess. So I told her to take him back and cut his hair down and also showed her a pic of him because he looked like ball of fluff. I come back @ 7:30 to pick him up and he is looking a COMPLETE MESS, A WRECK. she looked as if she cut him with her eyes closed and with her non-dominant hand. It was completely RIDIDULOUS. His hair is uneven all over, his ears are dirty as if she didnt wash them. UGH! I dont ever write reviews but I have NEVER been so disappointed and dissatisfied! So if are looking to get your long haired dog group DO NOT put this place on your list.

The vet (Dr. Cosi, as I refer to her) and staff at Luv-N-Care are the very best people I have ever dealt with while volunteering in rescue. They are so kind, empathetic and compassionate at all times and I trust Dr. Cosis diagnosis and treatment advice completely, even when she is telling me something I dont necessarily want to hear. I know that she has the very best interest of the animals in mind at all times and she will work with you to find the best options for you and your pet. In my many years of working with rescue animals, they are by far the best Ive ever had the pleasure to deal with. I will be bringing my own personal animals to Luv-N-Care and Dr. Cosi and her amazing staff from now on!!

The day after Thanksgiving found a older stray dog up north. Got 300 quote from the vet up there for blood work. Decided to do the basics and come down state for the rest. The dog developed diarrhea and one night I was at a loss and decided to travel by my house to this fat. Not only did my dog has immediate blood work done but I saved $200!!! And since its near the holidays I could sure use that money for gifts and other things. Two days later my dog is on medication, and on his way to recovery. The doctor was very nice and if I did not understand something I just asked her to repeat it. I definitely will be coming back The most reasonable that prices Ive seen so far at a vet that is not a rescue.
