Cannot say enough great things about Dr. Flores at Elemental Veterinary Center and Pet Spa. A few years back, I had just moved back to Columbus when my dog at the time hurt her hip leaping off 3-4 stairs into my backyard. I took her to multiple vets here as well as one in Cincy and Toledo that i had used in the past. Every single vet suggested exploratory surgery with or without expensive MRI or CT scans (thousands and thousands for a non-diagnosed issue). Dr. Flores was the first vet to be honest with me. She recommended waiting to see if the soft tissue injury self corrected and healed. As I had mentioned to every vet, I explained that I am a massage therapist and that I would love any rehab suggestions. She gave me suggestions on types of compresses, range of motion and simple exercises. Dog made a full recovery. When I lost that sweet dog in 2015, I decided to rescue a special needs dog with an abuse history. Dr. Flores was brutally honest with me about whether or not she would ever have "normal" disposition. At the time, it was scary to hear, but it really helped to make an informed decision about the responsibility I was taking on. Also, the groomer! I cannot remember her name at this moment (obviously my dog is overdue for a bath!), but she has a dog whisperers soul. She has always been so great to work with and even my new problem child pet has always been treated better than my high expectations.

I loved Dr Flores and her whole staff at Elemental. I first went here because theyre in walking distance of my old apartment and they have great reviews. I can tell if were going to like a vet by how my rescue pup handles walking into the building. He and the pug both love this place. Doctor Flores and her staff are so wonderfully kind. They answer all our questions and spend as much time as we need with us. When they were put under for their teeth cleaning she even texted me photos of of the pups after the procedure. The groomer is also a wonderful person. The rescue always comes out looking so fresh and clean plus she has no problem doing their glands. I highly recommend Elemental, if you dont trust me trust my dogs. Theyve never led me wrong yet.

This is an excellent Veterinary office. Dr. Flores is amazing with both of our dogs, one of which is a greyhound that requires some special needs. Theyre very affordable, they have a great location and the Vet Techs + receptionists are great. Theyll also let you call in a prescription without the hassle and extra cost of bringing your dog in for an unneeded visit (one of our dogs is a hound that has ear allergies and consistently needs a prescription). If you live within a 20 minute drive to this office and youre not coming here, youre doing your animals and yourself a disservice.

As a college student, Im always nervous taking my beloved kitties to a vet for the first time. I cant afford something crazy and I usually end up at a clinic where it is obvious the veterinarian does not really care about my animals well-being. This was not the case at Elemental. Not only was it affordable, but the vet took extra care to answer all of my questions and concerns. I really felt like Roosevelt was in good hands! I will not be going anywhere else as long as I live in the Columbus area. Highly recommend!

I love this place! The staff is all very nice and extremely helpful. I took my little Holland Lop rabbit in to see Dr.Horvath. Dr.Horvath talked me through everything he was doing and gave me helpful tips for bunny care. He really has a way with rabbits. I will continue to go back to Elemental.

First time to take our 11 year cat for a grooming, so apprehensive for our long hair girl. Valerie did an AMAZING!! job, and Tinker was a perfect lady. We are still noticing the attention to detail from Valerie. Tinker feels and looks so much better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND VALS "TOUCH"

I use both Dr. Flores and Dr. Horvath They are both fantastic. Dr. Horvath is great with my rats, and Dr. Flores is great with my hospice foster cats and dogs. Flores does not believe in declawing and I love her for it, she has been fantastic with every one I have brought in.
