DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! Okay so me and my girlfriend took our cat here to get declawed and neutered 10 days ago. This cat has been a house cat for the past year and has never been outdoors since a kitten. Well the surgery went fine and when I saw the bill it had flea treatment on the bill. I asked about it and they told me he was infested with fleas whenever we brought him in there. I argued and the lady working took offense because I said the cat got them from their place. We get him home and the fleas are FALLING OFF OF HIM THERE WERE SO MANY OF THEM! SERIOUSLY! Now me and her are fighting the fleas in her house and have to spend all this money trying to fight these fleas that he never had before he went there. Just today I noticed this spot on his head where he had been scratching, he scratched so bad he drew blood and a huge spot right behind his ear is missing fur and looks horrible. I took him back and they said the fleas made him scratch, and the medicine he may have had a reaction too. That cost me another 75$, because of this place. The audacity of this place makes me sick. I will never take my pet there again.

I truly cannot say enough great things about the team at NAH. I brought in my Bella the Boston for euthanasia. I live in Jax but my mom is in Valdosta and I knew I needed her with me. So, she called around and found NAH. The day we arrived, they gave us plenty of time to say our final goodbyes. They explained everything in detail, so we would know what to expect. Truly the saddest moment of my life, handled with dignity and grace by the team at NAH. I had Bella cremated and today my mom received her remains. She sent me a photo and I cannot thank you enough for the special way she was presented and the beautiful container. Very well done! A+++

My now 3 month old Doberman puppy, Reno, is a new patient at Northside. Every time I look at him, I silently thank Dr. Janney! He had his ears clipped at 10 weeks, and they look AMAZING! I was terribly concerned that he would end up with "pittbull" ears, since he is my first Doberman and all the research Ive done said it is very important to have a vet that is experienced because they do not teach this skill in vetranarian school. Reno had a medium crop and they are perfect! Aside from Doberman specific praise, Dr. Janney and his staff are very kind, and obviously love the animals for more than a paycheck. 5 stars, for sure!

This was my first time there I found the doctor and staff to be very friendly and helpful to all my needs. I brought in my valley bulldog and my yellow lab the doctor showed us how to train our valley pup to be less agressive when doing specific things which will help. I will now use him as my regular vet for all my pets he really did a great job. I do want them to try and get care credit approved it helps me so much with big expenses such as surgeries, Heart injections, flea and tick medicine as I have 5 animals and that is a huge concern. Other than that I really love everything

About 3 weeks ago I found a kitten in the middle of a busy intersection and decided to stop and pick him up. The following day we took it to Northside animal hospital to get checked on. The staff was friendly and so was the doctor. We found out he was a 7wk old male kitten that had worms, ear mites and an eye infection. We got all the medicine and shots he needed. The kitten is now healthy and getting his second set of shots today. For being first time cat owners they gave me tons of advice and really helped with all my questions. Great place to bring your pets :)

Dr. Graham is an amazing DVM who really cares about his patients and customers. Unfortunately, we have had to move out of state and are still searching for a vet. Dr. Graham and his staff will be missed greatly as we knew without hesitation that we could completely trust them not only for the best care but we never had to worry about being taken advantage of. If your looking for a great veterinarian to care for your pets, look no farther and put your trust in Northside Animal Hospital.

We are new to the area and very happy to have found the Northside Animal Hospital. We could tell that everyone from the staff at the front desk to the vet techs and Dr Graham saw my pets care as important. They took the time to explain the plan of care and made sure I had an opportunity to ask any questions. We plan on making Northside Animal Hospital our vet office for any other needs for our animals (5 dogs and 4 cats). We definitely recommend them to anyone.

We LOVE this animal hospital! I have been taking my cat here since I started college. They ALWAYS were honest and knew I was a college student so NEVER made me do more than the cat needed at that time. I continue to use this vet and recommend it to anyone who needs an HONEST, good, kind vet. Most of the staff is amazing, and I can never say enough good things about Brooke. Myron and Earl are both great vets, but I know from over 30 years of owning pets that the health and safety of my dogs is no less dependent on the staff than it is on the quality of veterinary care. From the minute I walk through the door, Northside Animal Hospital ALWAYS makes me feel that the health of my dogs is as important to them as it is to me. I feel that they actually care about us.

It seems like the more I take my kitten there, the sicker he becomes. He was a vibrant kitten. Then he stopped eating. When I took him there, they did some tests and said he ate just fine. there was nothing wrong with him. But when I brought him home, he had the worst case of diarrhea Id ever seen. Im never bringing him back. I paid them to take care of my kitten, not kill him!!!!

The caregivers at Northside are deeply committed, demonstrate real love for animals in their care, and are always willingly accessible. The staff is always patient and understanding to upset pet owners. The love they show to the animals is almost palpable. They treat our helpless animals with such dignity and respect. I trust them and their judgement, absolutely.

The vet and vet techs at the office are always more than willing to answer or address any concerns or questions you might have. It is comforting to know my dogs health is in good hands. They took such good care of my cat Lily and were kind enough to see her right before closing without an appointment. They very quickly diagnosed her and were able to get her the right medication that she needed. I will definitely be returning with my other cat as well whenever we need more help.
