I have been bringing my miniature poodle here from the moment that I adopted her. Everyone has been so friendly and courteous until today. I called them because my poodle bit a little piece of plum pit and I called them very concerned and spoke with Courtney and I expressed my concerns about the cost and asked if they offered a payment arrangement, she chuckled and said "No, sir we dont offer any payment arrangements". After that I asked well is there any home remedy they recommend then she told me to watch her until Monday, but before that she was consistent on seeing her immediately. Why not offer me that option to begin with, and why would you chuckle at me when expressing concerns about the possible cost. Im an honest person and I know at times the cost of the visit could easily exceed over $200 and I was upfront and honest about that concern but for someone to chuckle at me, that was ridiculous and very unprofessional. I then asked to speak with a Doctor and she refused to let me talk with one, my concern at this point was the unprofessionalism displayed by their receptionist answering their phone. Ive paid via care credit several times so its not like I couldnt pay, but theres no harm in exploring your options but to laugh at someone thats calling about their pet is so uncalled for. Your staff is a reflection of you and the way I was just talked to on the phone was not called for and I am expecting an apology from Courtney and a call from my dog’s Doctor to ensure me that I will not be spoken to in such a belittling manner again.

Since we moved down to Valdosta in 2010, we have been going to Baytree Animal Hospital. The receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. They always come to play with your pets and give them treats. The vet technicians are awesome! They are always ready to listen and very educated. They also will remember your "child" the next time you come in. Baytree knows our dogs well, especially our male lab. A few years ago, our boy was really sick and had less than a 10% chance to live. Dr. Knight performed the surgery and the doctors and staff were there for my baby 24/7. Our sweet boy is alive today and I know it is because of the care and support they gave to him. They are straight forward and tell you like it is, which is exactly what I want to hear, even if I dont :) We now have a new addition to our family and they love her, as well. Some people get upset when they see a final bill and see things they didnt think they should pay for or things that were not on the itemized bill, like, bandages or an e-collar. Those items are things offices pay for and in return charge for and were an addition after realizing your pet needs those things. I love Baytree and they will help you with anything you need. Do not be deterred by the negative reviews.

Weve been going to Baytree Animal Hospital for 7 years for the care of our two dogs and are very happy. We see them twice a year for routine care and feel our dogs get thorough, up-to-date care by a caring staff. The doctors take time with exams and thoroughly explain things. We have also had to see them for "emergency" visits and feel they have always responded quickly, compassionately and in a concerned manner. One of the vets there was able to diagnose and injury that one of our dogs had, while two other vets at others hospitals were unable to tell us what was wrong. They have also been able to refer us to reputable specialists when needed. Weve also been very pleased with each referral. The price for services and medication is very reasonable. Wouldnt go anywhere else!!

Bay tree Animal Hospital is hands down, the best veterinarians facility that Ive ever utilized! A kind and caring, professonial and dedicated staff of which Dr. Jeff Creamer is the star!! I will not trust any other to care for my Mini-Schaunzer, Holly. He explains, in detail, the whats and whys of every treatment-every time!! And does not insist or even suggest any unnecessary tests or procedures. Dr. Creamer is sincerely concerned about every aspect of my dogs quality of life and well-being!! That has not always been the case at other veterinary clinics!

I have been taking my pets to Baytree Animal Hospital since 1994. They have always been professional, knowledgeble, caring and compassionate. The Doctors take their time with each appointment so you do not feel rushed in and rushed out. They explain everything that my pets are going through in terms that I can understand. Their support staff are friendly and very helpful. If you are looking for top notch care for your beloved pet, Baytree Animal Hospital is, without a doubt, the best vet in the area. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Im from Illinois and stopped here when I had an emergency with a puppy I had just purchased. Taylor got us in immediately even though we were walk-ins. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. It was a very organized office. The vet tech, doyle, was very thorough and Dr. Knight answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable that our puppy would be okay for the rest of our trip. My only wish is that they were located near me because there is not question, I would take all of my pets there!

I have used Baytree Animal Hospital for more than ten years and have been very satisfied. The staff at the front desk has always been very friendly and knowledgeable...Dr Creamer takes time with my pets and adresses any concerns that I have without making me feel rushed. I also board my pets there comfortably when necessary. My pets are always happily wagging their tails and dont seem nervous when I bring them in for appointments...that tells me a lot. I highly recommended Baytree Animal Hospital.

From the front desk back to the operating rooms, these people exhibit the most care for animals that I have ever seen. They are so nice, everyone I interfaced with. I highly recommend this place to anyone who cares for the animals. Prices were no issue compared to the customer care and satisfaction these people provide. Within my first visit, I completely trusted this facility for all my loved ones (fur babies). I wish I was an animal so I could get such great care and service!

Baytree Animal Hospital staff are very friendly, caring, and helpful. I have taken my dog twice now to Dr. Creamer after being referred by a couple different people. I love the way he introduced himself to my dog and interacts with her. He takes time to explain things and answer questions without rushing you. He goes out of his way to make sure you understand the information he is sharing. I wont go to anyone else in Valdosta from now on. He is truly a great vet.

I loved my visit with my rescue! All of the technicians were friendly and helpful. They even helped find me for the potential adoptee that came with us. Dr Creamer was very professional, helpful and answered all of our questions honestly and as completely as he could since the rescues problem is mostly behavioral. I definitely plan to come back with my two other cats for all of their preventive needs and any sudden problems that may arise.
