Beware of the "puppy plan" and "wellness plan", its basically a scam to get you to pay more money. I stopped taking my dog here after some issues with his lab results from a test he had taken. These lab results took more than a month to get to me because I wanted them in print and in my hands and I wasnt explained anything about what was wrong with him (nothing was wrong, go figure). Im not a veterinarian and Google can only help so much. So I was more than worried until I had gone to another vet and they did exactly what Banfield couldnt do. Which was sit down and explain what the lab results were. I never signed up for the wellness plan and Im still being charged for it. Im currently on the phone trying to get them to take me off something I never signed up for. Theyre honestly a headache. I dont recommend them.

NEVER DO THE PLAN!!!!!!! They will TRAP you! They talked my husband into the payment plan for our puppy. We were told it is a 12 month plan. However, after 12 months they keep taking your money every month. Then if you call they wont do anything about it or cancel it because you used the plan. If you take your dog in for a rabies shot on month 13, they claim that you have to keep paying because you brought your dog in. They are HORRIBLE! Worst customer service ever. I used to take my dog in for grooming monthly, plus Banfield for all the vet related things and I will no longer go there. We have another puppy that needs shots, neutered, etc. I 100% you PetSmart and Banfield that this dog will never come into that store again. Good Bye you extortionist!

Friendly staff and vets. They are very up-front with costs and answers, I havent seen any hidden fees or any sleight of hand on my bill when I check out. The vets are very friendly with my dog and work with us the best they can. Like any other vet or even doctor visit, remember to ask questions about pricing and reasoning. You should always ask what they want to do and how much it will cost, otherwise you will rack up a bill because you didnt pay attention and just OKd everything.

Worst vet ever!!! Takes so long to get appt and scripts filled. When you call they make everything seem like a burden. Wait time is awful when you get there too. Always used Banfield before and they were good on the east side. Switched to this Banfield and its the worst thing Ive ever done. Used to get scrips filled within the hr, could make appt for the following day, could schedule dental appts for the following week. Woodhaven location is months out

Had to visit for an urgent problem. They were able to get us in right away. Vet Dr. Smith was very knowledgeable about my dogs cancer and what we could and could not do for her. Price was great for all the services we received. The two office staff Dani and Jodi were very friendlu and helpful. We will be returning for sure.

Wonderful vets. However, beware of their plans. I pay $40 a month and they try to hit me up for at least $200 every time I go.. even for shots.
