I developed a stye in my left eye. I went in for treatment. The "nurse" that took me back and attempted to ask viable questions was new, I can deal with new but I literally had to help her ask the questions. Its was so unorganized. When the Doctor came in she was kind and seemed helpful. Sent me home with 4 days in antibiotics. Said call if its not getting better or pain increases. I knew the antibiotics would stay in my system for 10 days. I waited the 10 days. It was improving but not gone. I called. After going back and forth with the nurse, who told me the doctor said it was illegal for her to prescribe me more than 10 days of antibiotics... She had only given me 4!!!! Is it that hard to check your records? The doctor called back and left me a message offering to give me a referral. No Thank You! It was a waste of my time and my money to go here. You get what you pay for. Discounted prices, discounted service. The doctor will pass an uneducated statement to a new lady to tell you to go else where if you have issues! Stay away from this place! Worst experience at an eye dr in all my 30 years! Trash!

I switched to this office quite a few years ago, back when I was in high school and a complete novice to contact lenses. Ever since my first visit, the doctors there have been competent, friendly, efficient, and honestly willing to help. They always take the time to answer my questions and to make sure I am getting what I need. They dont make me feel stupid for asking questions like some do, and theyve proven very knowledgeable about my very oddball prescription and extremely helpful in ensuring I get the best of what my eyes can do. I would highly recommend this office for people of any age.

I went here for an eye exam as a walk-in on a Saturday. As busy as this place was, I only had to wait 20 minutes to be seen. The staff was fantastic. They run that office very well. I absolutely loved that doctor. She just stood there and smiled while I whined about getting my eyes dilated. Very nice lady. This was Dr. Vyas. Frankly, I was surprised at the service I received here because its attached to Wal-Mart. Who goes to Wal-Mart to see an eye doctor, right??? You should! At least this location, this is the one on Highway 6 and 529.

The manager can be pretty rude but they make it up by having great doctors, they are very professional, they dont treat you like you are dumb and their policies are very fair. Prices on exams went up this year but it is still cheaper than a lot of other places I have been to. They get busy in the afternoons but still try to make room to see walk ins while respecting patients with an appointment. I love this office, Id recommend it to anyone living in the area.
