While I would rate the actual exam experience as well as the quality of service provided by Dr. Moses a 5 star, the service provided by the staff at the front desk was EXTREMELY disappointing. It was my second time entering this place and cannot decide in which occassion I received worse attention. After my first visit, although a little upset about the service offered by the girls at the front desk, I chose to not be judgmental since its difficult to know what hardships may be causing a person to act a certain way. However, I expected things to be different on the actual day of my appointment, I thought one cant possibly be in a bad mood every single day. I called a few days later to schedule my appt. and was helped by a very monotone voice who sounded like she cared very little to none for my business. Today on the day of my appt. I was once again shocked at how unwelcome they made me feel and at the uncaring attitude displayed by these girls. I was not greeted at my arrival to the place, but cant speak for other patients that were there before me. I was also not greeted at the time I approached the front desk. I was told what to do very quickly, in a low, monotone voice, and not at all kindly. Conclusion: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. But if you are willing to stand that, Dr. Moses is actually nice and WILL provide you with a great service.

Ive been going to Walmart for a few year, and I was very tired of their bad service. The doctor was very rude and never really cared to make sure I was getting the precise care. I was a bit nervous to go to private practice but I was very happy with my visit. The doctor was very friendly and genuinely cared about getting the best fit for me. The doctor was very friendly and genuinely cared about getting the best fit for me. For the first time I walked out of the doctors office with contacts already in hand. He talked to me for a while and understood my problem and immediately found a solution. They have amazing deals, and are very sweet and patient. I really enjoyed my visit and my mom was very happy with the care. She was shocked that I was able to get contacts right away, and order the glasses and do everything right away. I highly recommend going. Its a really good place. They stay up to date with the latest fashions as well for teens and young adults and kids as well. The doctor is amazing. If you are looking for the best eye center to go to, this is your place!

The customer service received at Texas Eye Center is grossly poor. My family and I went to Texas Eye Center for several years spending additional thousands of dollars on designer frames. Until, one year I purchased a cheaper pair of frames that I loved. After one week of wearing them everywhere that my skin touched the frames was broken out in rashes. I quickly called Texas Eye Center to make them aware of the issue and was told that someone would give me a call back. Long story short, after 6 months of calling them continuously(never receiving follow-up initiated by them) I was told that the doctor said there was nothing he could do. I am a business owner who values my relationship with customers and the reputation of my organization tremendously. So the fact that he (Dr. Moses) would not take into account the amount of money my family spent with him through the years and would rather risk losing customers than to solve a $200 problem that his customer had spoke volumes

The doctor is wonderful, too bad his staff is a bunch of garbage. They are rude and clearly have no professionalism. Dont waste your money here. You will have a good experience with the doctor but majority of your visit will be with his staff and either they are biased or they are just plan $&@%#! RUDE! I went as far as having to call this trash bag chick out her name because she was so rude and disrespectful. After I go to pick up my glasses that took 3 weeks to get new lense for and 4 days to put the lenses in the frames, I will never return. I have had 2 bad experiences and Im gonna have another when I go pick them up. As a customer, you dont tell me that if I dont like that instead of them being ready in 8 hours, that their gonna be ready in 4 days, I can take them and have someone else put them together. I was over talked through out the entire conversation and that really put me over the edge. Their rude every time I call.

Dr. Moses is nice but his staff sucks! I went in for an eye exam and to order contacts. My order was supposedly place and I was charged the overages for what my insurance did not cover. Fine. Well, a month later after not hearing from the office, I go back to see what the status on my contacts was. My contacts were never ordered yet I was billed and so was my insurance. I was refunded my portion because I refused to place another order with them and they told me they would contact the insurance company to have them reset my benefits since I never got my contacts. Long story short, they didnt do that either. 2 and half months later I STILL dont have contact. While I was there, there was another lady complaining that they billed her insurance incorrectly costing her more money. Go at your own risk. I will NEVER go back there.

I only take time out of my day to type this comment for those who are in real need of their tools to maintain their sight for everyday purposes which is everything .Which is what gets your things done with correct focus JUST A HEADS UP . After being noticed id receive my glasses through a 7 - 10 days theyll call . So just to check up I call on the 8th and get informed my glasses were not even acknowledged or sent in shipping yet . I stood patiently because thats my profession and lifestyle , now Im having to wait another 10 days to wait on a call again , at that not confirmed of officially getting my glasses token care of . I would NOT RECOMMEND this area if you are a busy persona or business owner , service very unorganized. Not including my doctor Im sure hes probably not aware of these employees.

Dr. Moses is really good. He quickly made the diagnosis that my last eye exam was not correct without me even having to explain to him what my issues were. The staff is really young and inexperienced so I totally agree with the below reviews and comments. They made a mistake in ordering my contacts, so I wasnt too happy on waiting over 3 weeks when it should only take about a week max. Overall, I was happy with the service given. Just make sure you double check with them and ask if they have put in your order correctly in the system. I will be definitely be returning here.

My experience at Texas Eye Center was great, everyone was really nice and treated me with respect. Dr. Moses was very knowledgeable in explaining my pinguecula and how it could affect my vision further down the road. I was very impressed with Veronica she was very knowledgeable and patient. I got the frames I wanted within what my insurance would cover. Things went perfect and she took care of any issues presented. Overall I like the attitude of the staff. I will gladly be coming back and referring this place to my family and friends.
