Wow wish I had read reviews before going there. Lied to about my lenses, was told they were scratch resistant when i bought them. Well, they scratched up after taking VERY meticulous care of them. Called about it now recently, and they said no. There not scratch resistant. Funny, when I was buying them they were taking markers and marking up some , saying look, see , wipes right off with the coatings it comes with. Then today after getting replacements under my ( extended warranty) which I had to pay for and also pay a charge for the new ones. Was treated by the young lady like I was an idiot , when i asked why they scratched after ONLY using special pre-moistened lens wipes on them. Very condescending . Never again. Beware . Oh forgot, that is after they made the 1st original pair incorrectly . Sorry , long review, but I am so angry about the liars . Do yourself a favor and read the rest of the reviews carefully

Visit at your own risk. They will try to con you into getting all the extras on your glasses and then tell you that you "Need" these things because your perscription says you do. I got conned and then called back and spoke to "Daniel" who thought it was absolutely hilarious when I asked how long the refund would take. Also, they dont sit down with you at the time of pickup to even ensure your glasses fit properly. They just hand them to you and if you need adjustments then you have to ask or else, you may walk away with some glasses that dont even fit. Save yourself the hassle and go to LensCrafters. They care!

This place has hands down given the worst service I have ever had at any vision place. Their sales are bogus, the place is grossly understaffed, and they couldnt care less if your glasses actually work or not. I have constantly had to deal with the associate Angie who is either stoned out of her head or has zero short-term memory but either way I would literally rather rub glass in my eyes than deal with her or this place again. Dont waste your time, money, or efforts trying to get even slightly good service here.

This is the worst eyecare that Ive ever been. Theyre careless about your vision and overcharged you. The doctors dont have much experience and dont have mercy. I went back 3x but still coudnt see well when driving and watching tv. I complained about it but they still dont take me back for reexam. I hope people read their bad reviews so they can avoid to go to this terrible eyecare service.

It takes forever to dispense your glasses. If the have 5 people shopping for glasses they have to go through all of them before handing you glasses. Verry understaffed.

Poor customer service, blurred lens, and they didnt care. They sent me packing with $300 worth of useless glasses. I will find a new place for glasses
