After my first set of new glasses, I could not see to drive home. Four visits later and three new sets of glasses I still could not see any better-- the tv, driving, reading. Nothing. I saw three different doctors, and five visits. Spent over $1200 and my vision was worse than when I started. They said my eyes needed to adjust to the new glasses. The truth is, they could not get it right. They rushed through everything as fast as possible, had untrained junior level people who were supposed to be adjusting my glasses just selling. This was an awful experience, expensive, frustrating and while they made out it was my eyes and not their glasses. The fact is my eyes could not adjust to the grossly erroneous prescription. Buyers beware. There are much better eye doctors out there. I would not ever go back to them under any circumstances.

Very unprofessional. Did not even complete my exam thoroughly. I had to argue to come in to get everything done at a second visit. Employees there seem disinterested and unhappy with their jobs and it shows in their customer service.
