Went with my bf today and the staff was HORRIBLE!! We got there 20 minutes prior to the appointment time and they were rushing us every step of the way. The surgeon himself is alright and cordial, everyone else was disgusting. Once the surgeon left and the other girl came in (never even introduced herself), she just gave my bf prescriptions and did not explain what they were for. She rushed through the explanation with a stank attitude and when my bf asked why he was being prescribed high level pain killers when he hadnt even scheduled surgery yet, her response was so that he can have it just in case and get in and out quick... exactly why pain killers are such an addictive and misused drug. My bf asked for an alternative and she seemed so bothered. She said something along the lines of "but then well need to ask for a whole new prescription..." like that was way too far out of the job description. she didnt even review costs, she circled it and literally said "theres the cost, do you see it?" At the end, they didnt even give us his paperwork. We had such a horrible experience we immediately drove to the Lake Mary office and they told us payment plan options, options for other medicines and even printed out the paperwork for us. Never going back to Altamonte office again.

Please review below! 1st Review; Dr. Tubio and staff were everything to me the day I decided to be brave enough to get my teeth looked at. I started to go to the altamonte office for my children, but after witnessing how Dr. Tubio made my children feel so comfortable made me feel like I could trust her, too. I know its not easy to find a good dentist, but you will find that the Altamonte Springs office is the best choice for you and your family. I would like to add that I love how flexible scheduling is as well! UPDATE! This is not how I feel about this office anymore. Seriously a very unorganized group and take no accountability for any mistakes theyve made! Ive had such a run around and now Im upset, but mostly disappointed. Ive tried to be patient and understanding,but this office has to get a better plan in place. I feel that they were only nice to get me and my family in the door and thats it! My first review means nothing and I know that this review will not mean anything to them, but I thought I should be honest and update my previous review (only 5 months ago) Such a shame..

ONE STAR and here is why, If I could only give you zero... Although everything looks very clean, Your tech taking the x-rays pics, every time she will accommodate the tool in my mouth will put her fingers inside my mouth then touch everything around, proceed to take the pictures, accommodate the ex ray machine, touch who knows what else behind me the equipment, and went back to my mouth accommodate the tool again and placing her fingers inside my mouth again OMG it happened so many times ... IT WAS DISGUSTING. i HAVE NEVER experienced such of thing in a Dental Office, They will always tell you open big they will accommodate the darn thing and then ask you to bite, Why this woman did this. I am praying and hoping I didnt pick up anything, I should have stand up and walk away, I regret I didnt do it at the moment lesson learn NEVER AGAIN .... Will never come back. Disgusted!!!! Dont go there you will be finger in your mouth... Yuke!!!

I had an appointment that was confirmed 3 times but when I arrived I was told that the confirmations were automated and that my appointment had been canceled and they asked me to reschedule. I made the appointment weeks ago, and received a confirmation the same morning! I drove a long way and feel they could have left message at least to save me the drive...since they told me confirmations where automatic. The front office was unapologetic and unsympathetic. I will not reschedule because they chose to waste my morning and did not even seem concerned and rather rude when I arrived for my appointment. Worst Customer treatment I have ever received at a dental office or anyplace. Its also dark and the shades pulled down when I arrived, even the doors where covered up. Weird place!

Office was very nice and clean. Dr was GREAT hygienist was even better!! It was great to be able to get my cleaning the same day even tho they didnt originally schedule me for that because I was a new patient. This is the best experience Ive had at a dentist in a while! And my teeth feel SO clean and amazing!!! Im very pleased with the office staff and the entire experience!

I seriously had an amazing experience today with Dr. Trevisani. He extracted my tooth faster than I could realize and he had excellent bedside manner. Cant wait to get my last 2 teeth pulled by his magical hands!!! I will reccomend Sage Dental of Altamonte to anyone who is looking for dentist, oral surgeon or orthodontist!!!!

The staff was very friendly and the Dentist Dr Tubio is so nice. I went here for a second opinion but wish I wouldve started here! I got a cleaning and didnt feel a thing because they gave me numbing gel and I had no soreness even when it wore off! I definitely recommend Sage Dental in Altamonte

Best dentist Ive been to in a while! Staff is super friendly and the Dentist was calm and gentle. Had some fillings with very minimal pain, and she was done so fast! Would recommend to anyone! Also Shannon is the best hygienist!! Shes been cleaning my teeth since I was a child!

They took me right away even being a new customer. Every person I came in contact with was exceptional. When I meet the dentist she explained everything to me. I am not fond of going to the dentist however this was the best I ever had.

This staff is amazing. So glad I chose to go with Sage Dental. The hygienist was great and made me feel very comfortable during my deep cleaning. They really do care about the patients here and it shows!! Highly recommended.

Needed an adjustment to my new dentures. Both my dentist and my oral surgeon were there to examine me and I felt really "cared for". This office has extremely friendly staff and I never dread going to the dentist.
