I called on a Saturday (4/9/2016) about a Sunday (4/10/2016) appointment on a tooth that had cracked. I needed immediate attention because I was leaving the country for a week and did not want an emergency there. The receptionist I spoke to was very pleasant and accommodating. She asked me to show up a few minutes before 9 to fill out paperwork. I was at the location at 8:30 AM but no one showed up until 9. The practice manager then informed me that there was no dentist. I asked why I had not been called. My flight was at 2 PM and I asked her to recommend another dentist. She would not because the dentist that they had been referring was getting poor reviews. I find this unacceptable for a professional business dealing with emergencies. No contingency plans for a no-show dentist? This is either poor planning or just plain bad business. In any case, these folks are irresponsible.

We are from Myrtle Beach SC area, we were down in Flagler Beach at a lacrosse tournament for my daughter when her tooth started killing her. So we went to the only emergency dentist open in Orlando. They were very compassionate to our situation and we were very greatfull for that. From explaining every step to her root canal these folks are top notch. The assistant helped her through this process and the dentist was just unbelievably awesome. Even the guy at the front desk was so awesome. We felt releaved that we found this great place for our daughter. As a dad with a little girl in pain Im so happy for the entire staff and all they did that day...God Bless you all.

I went here on 4/16/2017 with a lot of pain due to a broken tooth embedded into the gum left over from a root canal, which caused my ear and other teeth to hurt due to an infection. They took X-rays and said it would be $800+ dollars to remove the tooth. That is not where the main issue lies. They prescribed me a medicine I was allergic to, after specifically checking off for said allergy when signing their paper work. We told them about it, and the fact we would need another medication for pain but he sent a message saying we could take it. So, I am in pain with no pain medication for my tooth. I will never go back to their establishment.

My experience I can say was very good. I started having a toothache Friday night and in spite of taking over the counter medicine it did not go away, so at 3:00 am I registered on line for an emergency visit the next day and the manager called me at 9:00 am to confirm the 11:00 am appointment, I showed up, filled the paperwork and was seen by the doctor, he made xrays explained me them and extracted me two teeth. The manager, the assistant and the doctor were very polite and kind considering the terrible pain I was in, I am a physician and I recommend this place based on my experience to anybody having a dental emergency. Thank you

I gave it a 3 only because the receptionist and the dental assistant were nice but overall the dentist is not very nice, he is rude and he made me feel very uncomfortable. I feel like he was trying to sell me something I did not need, causing fear if I dont have a certain procedure done. I repeatedly told him I cannot afford more than I am getting. I got a root canal and he did not use enough anesthesia, after I told him that it was not enough he went on with the procedure and I told him it hurt and he was bothered by the fact that I needed more, even though I was paying out of pocket for an expensive treatment !!!

I was having major tooth pain and I called them late Sunday. They were able to get me in and from the person on the phone, to the assistant, and to the dentist, it was 100% great. They gave you the fees up front so you know exactly what you are going to pay. The staff was amazing and very caring. I strongly recommend them if you need dental work.

Amazing staff, super friendly and will accommodate your every need. Dr. Zafar and his assistant were amazing, went above and beyond to make me feel extremely comfortable, considering the excruciatingly painful state I was in at the time! Will definitely be recommending to anyone who has a dental emergency.

Dr. Zafar and the staff was awesome .. I was in such pain for the past few days.. I found them online .. open on a Sunday... I was so scared because Ive never had a tooth pulled and this was a wisdom tooth.. in minutes he had it out and I was on my way home!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

The staff was very nice and they really helped my mom so much especially Mr. Z he did a great job and I am very grateful. I would recommend him for anyone that needs dental work.
