I typically dont write reviews online due to a general lack of time, but I felt compelled to write one to give a more balanced perspective on this specific Maitland Greenberg Dental office location. My 5 yr old just had her first cavity filled this morning and Dr. Patel and the entire staff were incredibly accommodating and had an exceptional bedside manner with children. The cavity was relatively minor/surface and at my request they used only topical Novocaine as my daughter has an extreme fear of needles. As soon as she was reclining in the chair Dr. Patel easily convinced her to allow him to shield her eyes with a sleeping mask and spoke cheerfully and encouragingly to her throughout the procedure with great results! She was very excited to see her "silver tooth" afterward. It also helped that we were in and out of the office in about 30 minutes. With so little time being kept waiting, she didnt have a chance to worry! This was our second visit to this office. The first entailed the admission exam and our experience was similar with regards to wait time, staff professionalism and bedside manner. I specifically chose late afternoon and early morning appointments to avoid the busiest times when it is common to wait longer.

WORST DENTIST EXPERIENCE! Def. NOT COMING BACK! Had a dentist appointment for a regular cleaning, came in 10 minutes before hand to fill out any paperwork etc. Had to WAIT an HOUR AND 30 MINUTES until I was seen from my appointment time!!! Once seated we didnt even do the cleaning but only the x-ray scans! Waited another 15-20 minutes in the cleaning chair to find another person beside me in the room waiting also. We had a conversation about how ridiculous this was. Walked to the front desk in leaving as I had to pick up my kids from school. The staff were very rude and unprofessional also at this location, not only were they disrespectful but didnt care about what I went through as a Client/Customer. Saw the other women also leave behind me due to the >2 hour wait for a regular cleaning.

I went here over a year ago with discomfort in one tooth that I suspected was a cavity. The building was difficult to find and really outdated the room just didnt "feel clean" but that aside the dentist was condescending and dismissive. He told me I didnt have a cavity and that my issue with the tooth was my hygiene. Cool. Except a year later when I went to another dentist who showed me the obvious cavity in that same tooth. If this was something that could have been taken care of when it was first bothering me, and a small hole it probably could have been a quick and easy fix. However, now Im forced to try to "save my tooth" get a root canal and hope it doesnt need to be pulled. Thanks for NOTHING.

STAY AWAY. I will not return here. The way I was treated here made me feel like I wasnt a person, or a patient. I felt more like part of the cattle they were moving in and out. The office is ugly, does not smell good, and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth rushed everything. Ive gone to the dentist all my life, since I was a baby, and Ive never had a cleaning I didnt like until this one. She was going so fast and furious that she almost gagged me with one of her instruments. Ive never had a cleaning instrument anywhere near my throat before. Beware. My husband went to the Winter Park branch of Greenberg and he didnt like that one either. I will not go to another Greenberg office again.

This last review from Joey Greve sounds more like hes trying set someone up, not only does it sounds absolutely absurd, he has also posted the same review at different locations. Ive been taking my daughter to Greenberg for almost 3 yrs and weve never had an issue, the front desk ladies are pleasant and very attentive and the same goes to the back staff. This guy really needs to find something better to do than to be wetting fake reviews of Greenberg employees.

Employees were doing drugs in the hallways. One staff member Enriqueta Campbell even started yelling at guests while under the influence of drugs to leave because the womans kids were being too loud then continued to grab The lady by her arms to drag her out. The management team has no experience nor common sense to customer service. The place is very dirty and unclean. I will not be returning just like the phone calls they dont return.

Dr. TuTrinh is absolutely amazing and did fantastic work on my teeth. I recently chipped my two front teeth and have been very self conscious ever since. I went in to get them fixed and Dr. Tutrinh made me feel comfortable and did excellent work. She went above and beyond my wildest expectations on my front teeth. She has given back my confidence in my smile. I would highly recommend her for any dental needs.

I highly recommend this dental office!! Dr. Do and all the staff was very genuine and made my experience 10x better than other offices Ive been to. Dr. Do took her time and explained everything that she was doing in a way that i could understand and provided me with all the different options I had regarding my procedure.

I was very nervous to go in for dental work but an Assistant named Jami made me feel comfortable and dissolved any fears I had as work was being done. Dr. Do did exceptional work on my teeth and I would refer everyone to this office because of the excellent work they do. Jami and Dr Do were amazing.

Dr. Do is amazing and is very knowledgeable in her field of expertise. I would highly recommend going to her for any dental issues or just for a bi-annual check up.
