Was shaping up to be an overall good experience, reception was efficient and welcoming, and so were the x ray techs. I came here to have an examination and x ray done for as a part of a medical clearance for a job and had some forms to be filled out. Except for the x ray tech, everyone else was seemingly trying to avoid helping me fill out my dental examination form. At the end of my visit, the person who was referred to me to fill out the form didnt even know some of the dental terminology on there. Instead of helping me out with this paperwork, I was upsold on some overquoted electric toothbrushes. I would like to thank the staff of this branch for their help and professionalism in the way of my x ray and examination, but will be canceling future appointments and will be looking elsewhere.

Everyone was nice, welcoming and friendly at Delands Aspen. Everything was explained beforehand and I was walked through each step. However, I felt so pressured at the end of my visit when asked to put down 60% of my next visit and/procedure. When I explained I was uncomfortable with this process, I was still asked several times, When will I have the money? After many negative experiences with Aspen between myself and my Wife, we said we would give it one last chance at a different location. I wish this experience hadnt ended with a stare down and questioning of my finances because it had all gone so well. Securing appointments needs to done in a different manner. I should want to come back based on the treatment by staff and dentists competent work.

I came here because it was new & I thought Id try it out. Im so glad I did. First everything is up to date. Very modern facility & modern day equipment. Theres barely any paper work to fill out because when I called to schedule the appointment the lady at the front desk had put in all my information on paper which was new to me! I was then greeted by the dental assistant Cassidy which was a super sweet young girl she did all my x-rays & made sure to walk me through everything she was doing. I then was brought to the room where I was to wait for the dental hygienist Taharia & she was nothing but amazing. She gave it to me very real which I loved ! She told me "Honey you got to floss those teeth!"

I set an appointment 6 months in advance. Ive always gone at 6 PM after work. The day of my appointment, they leave me a message saying my appointment has been cancelled and rescheduled to 4 PM the same day. As I work, I didnt get this until 5:30...When I called to reschedule, the receptionist informed me they dont have 6 PM appointments for cleanings because their hygienist only works until 5 and was unable to offer a solution...this was never the case in my last 3 appointments...BAIT AND SWITCH, they offer late appointments to real you in when they first opened, and then cancel on you with no warning...Extremely Unprofessional...Will NEVER go back!

Beware!! I was told I needed a gum procedure that would cost $927 because my gums were in such bad condition. I was told I needed 5 crowns and 3 root canals. I went to two other orthodontists for a second opinion. I had nothing wrong with my gums. They were very healthy. I needed 3 crowns and 2 reconstructions. I needed 2 root canals. All this was due to the fact that I grind my teeth. Therefore a mouth piece was ordered to help prevent more damage. I will NEVER go back here. ALWAYS get a second opinion.

Initially was very pleased to get in the same day as I had an abscessed tooth. Made the appointment at 6:00 p.m. drove an hour to get there. Arrived at the time of appointment but was turned away because as a new patient they needed me to fill out paper work. They never mentioned needing to be there early when I made the appointment. They showed absolutely no care that I was in pain and waited all day to get in! My impression was they just wanted to go home early. Ill never go back.

The office staff were very professional. They really helped me understand my problem. They took the time to do a through deep cleaning and even administered antibiotics to my problem areas. They gave me medications and explained how to use them. I feel like I have made a positive step with the health of my teeth/gums. The atmosphere was relaxing. It was a very positive experience.

The Deland office is very clean, comfortable and updated. I waited 25 minutes to be called, not bad. However, I was surprised that on my first visit I was not given a cleaning. And I was not initially informed that the first visit didnt include a cleaning. Overall, the staff were very polite, thorough and informative.

Great experience, the entire staff from the reception, x-ray tech, hygentist, dentist and office manager. Very informative took the time to explain and made sure I understood the explanation. Very clean and modern and relaxing for a dentist visit. Would recommend you have nothing to loose.

People are nice. I only had a problem with the fact the actual dentist kept moving from one customer to another which made it take 3hrs instead of maybe 1. I hear its common though. That is my only gripe. They have a credit service if you cant pay right then which was nice.

Great experience at the office. The office staff was polite. However, it would have been nice to be told that the cleaning was on a separate day that the initial exam. Its difficult to get off work early and then having to do it twice is no good.

My dentist was knowledgeable, skilled and patient with my questions and fears. I do not like going to the dentist. Dr. Farah was able to do the procedure without anesthesia, and no pain! I would highly recommend Aspen Dental and Dr. Farah.

Aspen Dental looks for as many ways to make money from you as possible. I went for a cleaning & they want me to have bridges remade & crowns along with an intensive scaling & repeated cleaning every 4 months. to the tune of $6,000
