First of all, the wait time to see the doctor ranges from an hour to two hours. Second, they were unable to provide me with a left lens that corrects my eyesight in my glasses two times. Now I am going to pay again to have it done elsewhere. Third, after paying $1,200 to have a special lens, which I was told would correct astigmatism, inserted via cataract surgery, I still have astigmatism. Fourth, the doctor did not want to do the part of the glasses prescription that corrects my double vision. Fifth, they damaged my glasses frame when they installed the lens. I cannot tell you what a bad experience it has all been. Run, do not see this doctor!

Dear Dr. Elgut, It was a pleasure to meet you and your staff.I was so happy with my results and how you thoroughly explained the condition of my eyes. Dr. Elgut your staff was such a delight from the beginning of my visit to the end of my visit . I have been seeing Dr. Elgut for five years now and have been very happy with the care I receive at his office. He has a well equipped office in a great location, both of which are important to me. My first visit went well. Tuesday after a holiday Monday appears to be a very busy time. All the staff and Dr. Elgut performed very professionally. I look forward to my cataract surgery here. I would highly recommend this provider for any optic needs.

Horrible waste of time. If you make an apt I suggests bringing a sandwich and a book excuse youll be here all day! I could have made an apt with my doctor in Fort Myers and spent less time than at Elgut.
