Calling as a first time customer with an eye emergency, youd think that the staff would at least ask the doctor what the patient should do. Instead, you get the "no, no, the Dr wont answer any questions or make any suggestions so that you can make it here". So is this why the dr. Attended med school? If I lose sight in one eye, and he couldve helped or told me what to do but didnt because I am not a patient yet, thenjoy this doctor should really reevaluate why he went into the medical field. Thanks so much for caring doc and staff, good job. Hope you get the same treatment when you have an emergency.

I went to Dr Fournier a few years ago for Cataract surgery. Honestly, I think hes a fine doctor, but the office staff is terrible. They seem to be in high octane sales mode. I didnt go there to be sold anything, just for Cataract surgery. Wait times were very long. When I required Cataract surgery in my other eye, I sent to a different doctor!!!!!

Hes a good doctor; very thorough, sometimes I think too much so. I am not sure its necessary to see him twice a year. Waiting time in office is incredible. I am always there 2 to 3 hours, and it ruins my day. I seldom see other patients in the office so I dont understand the long waits, sitting in a cold room alone.

Cant believe there were negative comments about the staff. My husband and I just started with Dr. Fournier since weve recently moved to south FL. Doc is great, thorough, comes highly recommended, and the staff was great, efficient, friendly and professional. Well definitely be staying with them.
