We got to our appointment 10 minutes early and were taken back 10 minutes late. Five minutes after our appointment, I asked about it at the front desk and was told a child threw up in an exam room and they were cleaning it. Ive been to this dentist twice and each visits (with 2 different kids) a child threw up either in the exam room or waiting room (pediatric dentist = petri dish for illness?). All said and done, we were there for an hour for one 8-year old cleaning and checkup. The hygienists have been really nice - especially with my 2 year old who was at the dentist for the first time. Dr. Matt is nice, somewhat frenetic in movements, but he answered all the questions I had (he didnt show me the x-rays until I asked because I wanted to ensure my daughter had all of her adult teeth developing). They have a panoramic x-ray machine and electronic medical record - so they are up on technology, but we waited 15 minutes after my daughters cleaning was complete to get all of the x-rays done (panoramic and regular teeth x-rays) I did not appreciate them just giving me an appointment date. I work full time and have a schedule - ask me when we are available!

Hands down, best pediatric dentist. Incredibly kind, patient, and honest. As an adult, I have always had a chronic fear of the dentist - stemming from bad experiences as a child. I wanted to make sure we found a pediatric dentist who instilled an understanding of the importance of dental heath in our daughter, and no fear whatsoever. Dr. Matt has done just that! He is excellent with our child, and with us as parents as well - explaining procedures and treatment plans in "laymans terms". Our daughter proudly leaves his office, telling everyone at her preschool about Dr. Matt and how much she loves him. She looks forward to her visits with him. We really couldnt ask for more!

I dont ever write reviews but I just had to after my experience here. My 2 year old son had two caps and one cavity filled. I was terrified that it was going to be a horrendous experience for both of us. I am please to assure you it wasnt. We were in and out in 30 min!! The staff is friendly and amazing and I could not believe how smoothly it all went. I literally left in shock. My husband was waiting in the waiting room and when we came out in such a short time he thought that we didnt end up getting it done! I have to say I checked Dr matts ratings before we went and he had 158 5 star reviews and no negatives. Now I know why and I am happy to be review 159 of 5 stars!!!

My kids, 4 and 7, love going to the dentist! Dr. Matt is very nice. Hes fast, which helps with wiggly kids, hes gentle and he explains everything very well. I never leave wondering what exactly is going on. The assistants are very good. They talk with the kids and make them feel comfortable. The office desk staff is nice, patient, and organized. They make this place fun. The kids get goodie bags with floss, toothpaste, etc. they get stickers and a token for a toy machine. It makes the dentist a super positive experience. I highly recommend this place for little ones. They are phenomenal.

Brought my toddler in for his first dental visit. He had recently chipped his tooth, which had me worried, so I wanted to have it looked at. Dr. Rasche and Kimm were amazing with him. They reassured us that his tooth was ok, and that the best course of action was just to monitor it. I appreciate how gentle and kind they were with my 20 month old. We were met not only by a smiling face, but incredible knowledge and honesty. I would absolutely recommend Dr Rasche and his office to anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist!

I dont usually write reviews but I have to say our visit was great. My baby barely has any teeth but she fell and I was worried she hurt her mouth. They got me in for an appointment quickly the staff was so friendly. My daughter would barely let me get a look in her mouth but she loved the dentist she was smiling and laughing he was great with her. I thought I was going to have to deal with a screaming baby but she barely cared. This man ismeant to work with children. He has a gift.

Dr Rasche and staff are so great to work with. My newborn had a tongue and lip tie and when I called in they fit me in right away to address my babys issue. Because of their quick attention my baby was able to start eating more efficiently. This was the same for my older daughter as well. My daughter still sees Dr.rasche for her dental needs and we couldnt be happier. Dr. Rasche and staff are great with kids and we are very happy with services in this office.

I was very nervous before taking my son to his first dental visit, but Dr. Matt is a great pediatric dentist. Him and his lovely assistant Natasha were nice and patient to give my baby the best first impression ever. He kept talking to his dad and grandparents excitedly about his dentist and his nice assistant. I definitely recommend Southern Indiana Pediatric Dentistry, and Dr. Matt in particular. This office was full of happy, kid-friendly personnel. My 3-year-old son was treated very well by everyone. The waiting room was a very child-centered area. He loved watching cartoons while sliding and playing blocks. During his visit, each task was explained before completed. He was never scared. He loved earning tokens for the toy machine!! Thank you for this wonderful experience for my family.

I took both my children in to have a routine check up. This is the first time they had been to this dentists office, and I wasnt exactly sure how it would go because my eldest son has autism and isnt the easiest child when it comes to check ups and cooperating with the dentist. Despite this he did pretty well and we were able to get both the boys in and out without to many problems.

This was our first dentist appointment for my 4 year old and 1 year old. Even my 1 year old cooperated and had fun (first of any health-related appointment that actually went well!). The staff is friendly and explains to the children exactly what to expect, eliminating the fear of the first-timers. We were in and out quickly and the children received lots of special treasures :).

The entire staff was friendly. They worked us into the schedule right away after my daughter had an injury. My daughter, who is normally very shy, took right to everyone in the office. I could not be happier with the care that we received from Dr. Matt and his staff. She is already asking to go back to the dentist again.

Dr. Matt is our daughters first dentist, we had our first appointment today. He and his staff are wonderful, very sweet and gentle! I have a HUGE fear of the dentist, and I didnt want my daughter to go through a bad experience with a dentist to cause her to have the same fears. Dr. Matt definitely put my mind at ease.
