Dr. Gutta was so amazing! Our cat had to have part of her tail amputated. Ive heard it all, "its just a cat! Why bother?", "youre seriously spending money on a cat?" Dr. Gutta, made me and my family feel good about our decision and made us know we were doing the best thing for our Gracie. He never made us feel bad about having this done or make us feel silly. He was so concerned for Gracie that he offered to stay late on a Saturday to perform this surgery, so we didnt have to board her or wait several more days. He did it right away and with love and care and true compassion. Hes answered my nervous calls and calmed me down and not once did he make me feel like I was bothering him. Dr. Gutta is truly an amazing person and super caring doctor! His office is about 45 minutes away but we wont be going anywhere else again! Convenience is one thing but the care and love he showed my little Gracie makes the distance seem like nothing. Ill travel the world for my family and their well-being, people or fur babies it doesnt matter! Thank you Dr. Gutta!

Last fall we changed our vet services to South Jersey Animal Hospital with Dr Gutta and staff. We have 4 indoor cats, and a few outside we care for as well. Dr. Gutta is so kind and gentle, and our cats really sensed that and were very calm during their exams. He spent a lot of time with us when one of our cats became suddenly ill. We called for an appointment and were given one right away. The office even called daily to check on our cat!!! I would highly recommend this vet service for its highly skilled care and professionalism. Also I think the fees are very reasonable ( especially for well visits for 4 cats), and the office hours are very convenient- even on Sundays with an appointment. We are very happy with this vet service and give it 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to this hospital for a grooming of a 92lb dog under anesthesia. Had to drive all the way from Philadelphia because local hospitals were incapable of doing the job. Everybody in SJAH were very knowledgeable, calm, performed an outstanding service, did not impose any service as veterinarians often do, price and time estimates were fairly on the point, and the prices are affordable. Last time I did the same service in different place, my dog could barely walk at the end. This time, when I arrived he was up and running. The groomer only works there on Mondays and Tuesday, but had a lot patience hearing our (me and my wifes) requests. Will start going here for all veterinary and pet grooming services!

At first, I was a little concerned because the very neglected landscaping made the office look like it was closed. I was worried that it was a potential sign of neglect for my pet. However, its very nice and clean inside. Dr. Gutta is excellent! He is a true professional and great at explaining things. He has a very warm personality and treated my pet with care and kindness. His staff members were very friendly, courteous, and professional as well. Apparently, the building was only recently acquired so dont let the outside influence your decision to go. I plan on going back for my dogs future veterinary care!

I am so happy I found SJ Animal Hospital. They take the greatest care of both of my dogs. My 15 and a half year old has had his share of tummy issues his whole life. I would avoid going to the vet before because of the cost and inconsistency in which doctor I saw and the treatment they gave. Dr. Gutta remembers my dogs and gives individual and preventative care to them. My other 4 year old anxiety ridden rescue is a pain to treat, but Dr. Gutta never has a complaint and takes him and his anxious tummy in stride. I am so thankful for him and his wonderful caring staff. The office kitties help as well.

I found Dr. Gutta to be very knowable and explains things well. His office is very relaxed and comfortable. One of my dogs is very high strung but relaxed within 5 minutes. Lots of time Dr Gutta hands the dogs himself with out the help of an assistant and is very gentle and caring. One can tell he is very fond of animals and the animal respond favorable.. There is no tension with his staff which is refreshing. and the animals are calm. His prices are fair and he offers a full range of services. I also used his groomer who i found excellent as well.

New Life Animal Rescue

Dr. Gutta and the entire staff at South Jersey Animal Hospital are extremely caring and knowledgeable. As a rescue, we often have emergencies and serious medical cases, and Dr. Gutta has been there for us, calm and prepared, and helped us save many lives! He is also very gentle, which is so important in a veterinary setting when most animals can be fearful. He offers very reasonable fees, along with quality care. We are incredibly thankful for the care and support this awesome team has shown us, and we highly recommend them!

I have been to South Animal Hospital many times. I have never seen a vet like Dr. Gutta. Most of the time he greets you himself and walks out with you after the appt. Dr. Gutta is just the best. He is so caring , gentle and takes him time and does not rush. He really cares about the animals. I live in Cherry Hill and it is definitely worth the drive to have my pets seen by him. He is very knowledgeable and also sees rabbits which a lot of vets do not. I highly recommend him and would give him 10 stars if I could.

Our dog, Scoopy consumed a number of items that had no business in her belly, so we took her to MLAH for an evaluation and emergency surgery. Scoopy experienced complications during her recovery (infection), but the team at MLAH was responsive and addressed her needs as they evolved. In addition to providing the care Scoopy needed, Dr. Gutta ensured that we were spared most of the additional costs related to Scoopys recovery. We are grateful for the care our dog received and glad to have her back in good health.

The entire staff at South Jersey Animal Hospital is very good. Their caring way about all the pets coming I noticed is is commendable ,. Our 2 male puppy English Springer Spaniels, Sailor and Hunter were treated like Royalty. Doctor Gutta was excellent in guiding my wife and I in caring for these high energy field runners! I would recommend them to everyone looking for Professional Health care for their pets at an affordable price. They also feature Boarding at reasonable rates.

They are very accomodating to my scheduling needs and Dr Gutta works well with my dog. I have an American Bully who is very friendly however his looks can be intimidating, Ive experienced a sense of uncomfortability with other vets but Dr Gutta is knowledgeable of the breed and interacts well with him, for me the way the vet interacts with my animals carries a lot of character and professionalism. His staff members are very professional and compassionate also

I recently moved to NJ from Pennsylvania. I received an offer for a free visit; so knowing my dog Chase was overdue I called and made an appointment. Dr Gutta was very personable and friendly. His rates were reasonable and his hours of operation are better than normal. The office staff were very attentive and helpful. Finally, expect follow up calls asking how your animal is doing.
