absolutely horrible. Anthony who answered the phone has the compassion of a tick. i was in need of euthanasia for my 17 year old kitty asap. this was a Wed morning. already making a very emotional call and trying hard to maintain my composure, all he could do is bark name please, and then again when I couldnt answer in a second NAME PLEASE. I need your name. Give me a break this is an emotional situation it calls for delicate compassion. Needless to say I had to find another vet in a very distraught emotional frame of mind since all he could do is say sorry no appointments til next Tues. Yeah ok my cat need this done today.I will never use this vet again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. I have lived in Wurtsboro 30 years and used this vet whenever one was needed to be treated like this was disgusting.

My dog is a rescue Shih Tzu who bites out of fear. We moved here recently and our neighbors, who have cats, told us about Dr. Nancy Odell. Sunny loved her and for the most part he was very good except when they had to draw blood, they couldnt get a vein and had to stab around, but they were very apologetic about it and the whole visit was inexpensive and good. Would come here again 5/5

Helpful, friendly office staff; gentle, compassionate vet technicians and veterinary doctors; take time to explain In laymans terms what is wrong and how to administer medications and treatments that will be done. Would definitely recommend to other people.
