After reading all the reviews, Im sad to see some people have had such bad experiences here. Ive been taking both my Yorkies here for the past 3 years and have always been treated kindly and with a smile. The Staff is great and Doctor Burke is wonderful. She has a special touch with animals and neither one of my dogs have any problems when I take them home. Additionally, Ive never had a problem with getting an appointment, in fact, when I had an emergency with my oldest yorkie, I walked in to the Hospital without an appointment and a staff member was kind enough to ask the Doctor to take a look at my baby and they took care of him right away. Ive had nothing but a wonderful experience here and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Hate this Banfield. It is a real shame that they have TERRIBLE customer service. I have been taking my cat there for years and never had an issue until 6 months ago when we started bringing our puppy. They started to mess up scheduling big time and tried to turn us away. They kept denying that we had an appointment and this happened quiet frequently . We learned from this though and started having them give us appointment cards but even then, when wed show up, theyd claim that we were late by 15 mins to half an hour even though we had proof of our appointment. Then wed get calls to reschedule our appointments because the vet wasnt in. I am cancelling both of my pets wellness plans and bringing them to Petco instead.

Not a good idea to have surgeries done here. Had my dog spayed here today and thanks god the procedure went by okay, but the nurse told us that when we get home we can take the bandage off from her IV they had her hooked up to during the operation. I waited to take the bandage off just to be sure the wound had healed up, later that night I removed it and blood gushed everywhere. Whoever did this operation had left the IV port and a part of the IV still in her. Instead of removing the IV and then wraping her wound up for some reason they just wrapped the wound up with the IV still in it causing the wound to not heal and left me to bandage her up myself and clean my floor of the blood she exerted.

It is disheartening to see negative reviews about this Banfield location. I take both of my dogs here and the vets and support staff are out of this world. I have always been treated respectfully and kindly when I go. The staff make it a point to remember both my animals and my family and I am greeted by them weather i am shopping in the petsmart or arriving to my appointment with something personal. I have seen two different vets there, both of which are extremely component and personable. As other dog lovers could understand, my dogs are my fur-babies-- The vets and staff care for my dogs as if they are their own. Very knowledgeable and concerned for my dogs well being.

THIS PET HOSPITAL WILL BE INVESTIGATED STAFF LIES AND HAS NO KNOWLEDGE IN MEDICAL WHATS SO EVER. IF YOU WANT YOUR ANIMAL TO LIVE THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IS MY OPINION ALSO IF YOU DONT WANT A BILL TO BE $5,000 FOR SIMPLE CARE DONT GO THERE. ALSO THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO GO BACK THERE WITH YOUR ANIMAL EVEN WHEN NEED NAILS CUT THEY DONT EVEN CUT THEM THEY MAKE THE ANIMAL SIT FOR 25 MIN WHILE THEY ARE ON THERE PHONES. ALSO THEY TALK ABOUT PEOPLE AND PATIENTS THEY NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS HIPAA LAW.

My dogs went to Dr. Burke when she was at another hospital. She was wonderful then and is still great with my dogs. I call for an appointment and can always get in, but thankfully I am able to leave work early or come in late to accommodate their hours. I was there often when my dog had an ear infection and we discussed different treatments. They didnt push me to go the expensive route, and I never had a problem with them fitting me in the schedule.

The people them self are great but getting an appointment is horrible no weekend hours and weekday hours are 8 to 5. With last appointment at 4. I was told a year ago this was temporary yet a year later its the same runaround. 3 week sick appointment (no walkins) due to staffing shortage. I just cancelled my policy and will be using someone that actually is open after 4:00 you know because people just sit home all day and not actually work

I just drove an hour to pick up my cats diabetic prescription food. Banfield was to be closed at 7:00 p.m., I spoke with them this morning. Here I am at the store at 2:30p.m. and they decided to close for the day... now my cat cannot have his prescription food because Pet smart cannot give it to me because my prescription is in Banfield. No other Petsmart has my food in stock. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional.

The only thing they care about is running your card other than that your on your own. Called 5 days in a row to bring my dog in and they are unable to accomodate for a 30 second procedure. Now my dog suffers and all they can say is sorry were booked. HORRIBLE AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR PETS HEALTH!

Everyone I have met at Banfield have been so nice and very caring towards my animals. I was very skeptical about bringing them here, but I am very glad I have. They all seem to be truly concerned about the well being of your furry friends! Thank you!
