First time here and it wont be the last. Dr. Schrading was great...professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. The whole staff is personable, and all are true dog lovers. Especially loved how Dr. S got on the floor with my dog and just hung out, gave treats and played before getting to the exam. My dog literally would hide under my chair at the other vets office. Today, she was showing off for treats and lying on her back so everyone could give her belly rubs. We are so happy to have found our vet for life!

I can honestly say Ive never seen a more caring, capable and compassionate team. If you dont go here, you are disadvantaging your pets. Theyve fit me in on three emergencies including two strays we found(taking one to their home for his final hours overnight), and they follow up as much as needed to ensure a full return to health. THIS should be your veterinary office!

Overall our first visit was great and I would highly recommend. We saw the vet, Linda, who was not only extremely friendly but gave my hurt pup her full attention during the exam. The entire staff at Mainland was cheerful which always makes the visit easier. Also you can tell they take care of the place, as it was very clean! We will definatly be back in the future!
