I had a wonderful experience at this dental office and I will describe to you everything you need to know to make the choice to go there! Since I dont have dental insurance I was really hesitant about making an appointment. However, they were willing to work with me and made me feel very comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. Also, they genuinely care about there patients by always greeting you and asking how your day went. When they began my regular exams, they were very careful and suggested that if something made me uncomfortable to make sure and let them know. For example, while getting my X-rays I got embarrassed because I am tongue-tied and couldnt do the same procedure for some of the x-ray positions. But, once I told the lady taking the X-rays, she was immediately was able to problem solve and continue with the X-rays. In addition, Dr. Chelvi J. is a wonderful dentist. She is funny, loves what she does and has a really good heart. She cares for her patients and takes the time to let you know that by talking and listening to you. Similarly, she describes what is going on in a very clear and concise manner, which is imparative for patients who perhaps do not understand dental jargon. I felt that I was in great hands and recommend anyone to go to their clinic.

The hygienist was great the rest was horrible. Starting off I went in for a cracked tooth thinking it needed a crown. They wouldnt do anything with it until I had my teeth cleaned. So they did the xrays and the dentist looked at everything and then made appointments. The Insurance was paying a 100% of the cleaning but they prebilled me $138 and change(nothing to do with the crown). The office staff just said you owe this and explained nothing!! I didnt take my glasses so I brought it home to look over with the wife(works for insurance company). They had billed me for 3 different kinds of fluoride and gingival irrigation per quad at $12 per quad. Moving on we were irritated to say the least. I went in for the cleaning and questioned them about all of this. The dentist said she went to dental school and I did not nor my wife or the insurance company. If i wanted to do this great she would continue as my dentist if not I should find a better fit. This meant do it or she wasnt fixing my tooth. So I said ok. I had them cleaned and scheduled the crown appt they said I needed. Cancelled appt went to new dentist he fixed the tooth with a feeling. No crown needed for now!!! Be wise to choose a company who isnt into price gauging!!!! buyer beware!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST OFFICE. I believe they overcharged my husband for his dental work and when I questioned them about it they (the business person I spoke with) condescendingly told me that I could not read the insurance paperwork properly. I have posted copies of the pertinent information here. Although they did admit that there was a $75 credit on his account. That still leaves them $28.50 short of what they owe us. My husband wasnt planning on going back so we asked for the credit to be returned to our bank...well see if that happens. You can quite clearly see that the insurance company shows that the patient (my husband) should have been charged $206.50 and Aspen charged him $310.00 instead and refused to admit that they overcharged him. Copies of this paperwork will be headed to both the Aspen Corporate Office and Walmart legal council. **Update** Aspen corporate admitted to the overcharge and agreed that I was reading the paperwork properly they also say that the full refund is being processed. We will see if it gets to our bank account.

My first time going was a seriously horrible visit the receptionist didnt seem like she knew what she was doing or what to ask for and didnt direct me on where to go next so I was lost and a little confused. Mind you I have never been to any dentist but a small town clinic but had to find a new dentist since getting pregnancy Medicare When I get back the back the dental asst was super nice and I felt comfortable with her but when Dr. Z came back her deminer completely changed and you could tell she did not feel comfortable around her and it wasnt hard to figure out why. Dr. Z did not one time address me or ask if anything was bothering me she spoke to the assistant about me while she was standing over me like asking her if I was in pain asking her how far along I was and everything else you would normally ask a patient... Weirdest thing I have ever been through and dont plan on going back so so so strange.

I was hugely disappointed in my experience at Aspen Dental and I will not be returning. Their business model is offensive and borderline unethical. They require you to come in for an intital intake with a few staff members and the dentist before you can schedule a cleaning. I found this to be odd at first, but I figured I would try it out anyway because of the convenient location. I soon realized, however, that they require you to do an intake first so they can then recommend expensive treatments and require you to pay for them before your next appointment for your cleaning. The dentist tries to charm you over instead of build trust, which made it feel like a money-making ploy. I feel bad for those who have fallen for their trap. Everyone was friendly, but if you have a business model that takes advantage of your customers, not even a welcoming environment can fix that flaw.

With a huge amount of anxiety and after putting off going to the dentist b/c I was scared & couldnt afford to go, I finally broke down & went the other day. I am very embarrassed by my teeth, due to medication & health issues my teeth have developed a lot of problems in the last few years. They put me @ ease, they seemed to reallyw care & they did a great job of explained everything! From the receptionist to the dental assistant, hygenist, doctor & financial people, everyone was very kind & friendly! I have another appointment next week that I look forward to going too without having anxiety like I normally would!! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a dentist!!

First appearances were good, everyone was friendly until I denied some unnecessary items they were trying to upsell. I did my homework to discover that gingivitis treatments for my kids and I arent necessarily something we have to have before they will do any dental work whatsoever. I told them politely several times I did not want to receive gingivitis treatments because it was the first time Id heard of it and my last dental office always said we did a good job of taking care of our teeth and gums. I think they try to scam patients into paying for a lot of extras. I am reporting them to the insurance company and the Better Business Bureau.
