I have had many root canals over the years but the root canal I had done at their office in Springfield was AWFUL! I still had horrible pain afterwards that has not gone away. When I called their office about it, the woman was extremely rude. They sent me a bill anyway and I cannot afford to have another root canal done on the same tooth so I will have to have it pulled. This is the worst dentist I have ever seen. This whole situation has caused my husband and I so much stress and I have been in so much pain. I recommend you keep looking for another dentist because they will rip you off.

Dr Newberry and his -staff were excellent; I have NEVER had a root canal go this smoothly EVER. Pain was minimal--no medications beyond Ibuprofen were necessary. I highly recommend Dr. Newberry to anyone. Thank you!! Nancy Lowrey
